Comedic Ode to a Toothbrush
Yo, toothbrush, you crazy little thing,
You got me grinning, ready to sing.
You're like a stand-up act in my bathroom,
Making me laugh, chasing away the gloom.
Richard Pryer ain't got nothin' on your flair,
Bernie Mac couldn't compete, it's just not fair.
You dance on my teeth, doing your comedy routine,
Tickling my gums, oh, you're a dental queen.
You're like a tiny magician, casting spells,
With foamy bubbles and minty smells.
You make brushing a riot, a nightly show,
No cavities allowed, you steal the glow.
So, toothbrush, keep the comedy alive,
As you tackle plaque and keep gums revived.
With you around, I'll never be blue,
Keep me laughing, oh, toothbrush, I love you!

If I were asked to remark on my life and the childhood that paved some road leading me to this point, I would have to say something about all the funny people who surrounded me for the last 26,872 days (and counting).
