tattoo my tastebuds

** chocolate charm **

treats of silky dark chocolate

calm my stress, slow my heartbeat

chocolate charm

coat my teeth and roll over my tongue

decadent dark chocolate melted for a drink

chocolate is true bliss

chocolate charm

dark silk, not bitter bits

rich and complex notes on the tongue

chocolate drugged

cocoa drowned

sweet and rich velvety swirl

chocolate drugged

chocolate velvet is a cure

its caramelly feel will lure

and lull you into a dream state,

slow your trippy gait

chocolate drugged, cocoa drowned

chocolate can break your bonds

make you feel safe and calm

living in chocolate reverie

A bath in chocolate! How decadently delightful

I just found some chocolate bliss in my cupboard. I tried to eat just half of a square, but it was so good I went back for seconds. Dark chocolate is like salve to my cravings.

I just ate an excessive amount of dark chocolate before reading this...so I was definitely into it!

Maybe chocolate isn’t just food, it’s forgiveness, it’s therapy, it’s a silky little promise that for one brief bite, everything will be okay. 💖

Well-wrought! Of my three kids, my youngest has always been the odd one out, preferring vanilla ice cream and carrot cake, which are, of course, also delicious. I like it all, though I've had to moderate my sweet tooth as I age!

Delightful. I LOVE chocolate, but it has to have something in it or on it, not just plain chocolate. 😊

I love chocolate. And this poem is filled with chocolatey greatness. 😋 This deserves a win for the chocolate alone!

Yummyy! This made me hungry! Do you like dark chocolate, Andrea? Some people call me crazy because I prefer it over milk chocolate! 😆💝🌟
