Again I love the alliteration and assonance as well as the stuttering rhythm of the poem in keeping with idea of glitch’s in the matrix. But this time you employ the always potent re-words instead of for and from: rerecord, rinse, repeat, refresh, reboot. The parallel that you are drawing to negative repetitive apologies and modern technology reminds me of gears grinding in an emotional/mechanical transmission. I agree with Joe, this is Top Story (poem?) stuff. Great work!
