Beauty In Phases

Twilight Tears

Adventure awaits in the dark

Come, don your wings and witness pure magic, as the moon devours the night

Offering wanderers sweet crumbs of knowing, satisfying the hungriest of hearts

Collecting his tears that glisten like starlit streetlights

Along the face of the city

Burning through surrendered daydreams in an instant

Watch as cotton candy clouds swirl in whisper-like motion

Crawling wildly over dappled trees in golden fields

Revealing hints of seasons to come

Promising release from contention

Becoming enamored by the stars and their beautiful ability to hang effortlessly, without strings.

Leading us to wonder what it might be like to dangle freely while floating on the breeze

Joining the moon in orbit, experiencing the exhilaration of change in direction and phase
