These are for Kenny Penn's Haikuplet challenge (below). I have written many haikus but never a "chain." As I usually do, my haikus are about nature in keeping with the original haiku format, and the required 5-7-5 lines. Camellia
piercing winter gloom camellia blooms softly such a lovely sight. In winter, in the arboretum and the yards in our region, camellias blooms. Camellia is a tea family plant with lovely flowers. In Japan, camellias have been painted very frequently. Here is one by me (watercolor).
