A Wedding Today
Looking forward to more weddings
Attending a wedding today
Great-Nephew is marrying
His loves on Saturday
Daughter and Mom - is she carrying
~
Weddings are fun and lively
So much better than a funeral
The food is good, the cake lovely
The photos will last a lifetime for all
~
When it's a family wedding
catching up is always good to do
We find out all the battles
both current and old and with who
~
There is someone who stands up for whom
Do we know them or not
Little sisters and brothers of the bride and groom
Except when an only child who is tying the knot!
~
All in all, it will be a good day
With plenty of time to laugh and play
We will enjoy and say
It was a wonderful Saturday!
