A Plagiaristic Ode To Me Compact Disc Player
For The Vocal Ode To Ordinary

I've not done a Plagiaristic Poem for a while, and I usually use the sonnet, villanelle or acrostic forms, but I thought I would try an ode for the Vocal Ode To Ordinary challenge. I at first chose my Debit card but then noticed "This Is Soul" on top of my CD rack, and thought that would be perfect, choose album titles for the plagiarism and let it loose. I may follow this up with a piece based on my record player.
Looking at the songs on my CD of "This Is Soul" that may deserve an ode or at least a plagiaristic poem of its own, but we shall see because it is anything but ordinary.
The Prompt
Write an ode to an ordinary object.

I am going to base it on this Pindaric Ode as I cannot really find a great definition of the form, though I believe I have tried it before. Essentially an Ode is meant to be a poem of praise.
The music is "Sweet Soul Music" by Arthur Conley which is playing as I write this, and the words in bold are the album titles that I have plagiarised for this piece.

You always manage to spin a unique tale from every story. This was rather pleasing to both eye and ear. I got up and did the twist, We should have a party at your house.
