A peaceful Spring morning in an Australian country town

Touching grass for a mental health break

Cool breeze flows through

The invisible river of

Warm sunlight

Little chirps of birdsong

Tickle minds underneath the

Louder sound

Of laughter of

A kookaburra

And through the rustling

Kangaroo grass

At your feet

Go scurrying little ladybugs

Unaware

Of any other prism of

Life

As the breeze dances

Its way through

The grass.
