Silent lights florescent mock a fading life. Splashing focus on a face’s
inconsolable strain. Violin sonata
lingers in the atmosphere, a lazy cloud. Must be an angel sent to
embrace the hospice crowd. Heaven’s ethereal descent
now whispers as the sweet
cologne of roses drifts from the vase next to his bed. And
eternal love remains an undying flame.

This reads like thoughts over a sick bed. I love how spiritually moving this was. As though these words came not from our realm, but it came so that it could be felt. That we could catch and hold the thought from between realms. Love the attention to detail and the bit of sensory in smell, where the roses sat. This was such an intimate piece. A single moment caught. Outstanding work here Pamela 🤗❤️🖤
well done
Gosh this was so beautifully written and packed with emotions! I loved your poem so much!
This shows the pain, beauty, and love of life in their tango in an intensely deep and imaginative experience. 🌸

Dear Pw ~ "Don't let the light go out! It's lasted for so many years! - Don't let the light go out! Let it shine through our hope and our tears." - ~ An Old Guy ~
Heaven’s ethereal descent/now whispers - I lingered on that line ☺
