2025 HERE I COME

I welcome 2025 with open mind, an open heart and an outstretch hands.

January began with so many blessings and surprises,

Especially when it comes to finances,

Of which no day I ask and pray for graces,

That I will gain financial stability,

So I can retire early and live comfortably.

Even the affairs of the heart,

I was happy for it to have a good start,

But I have to pray harder,

For it to continue to get better,

As my partner and I journey together.

Even though we are million miles apart,

Which did not affect us since the very start,

And it will continue to be such but I hope not till death do we part.

I pray that one day we can stay in one place,

Build a home where we can live together in our old age.

January also reminded me once again.

That to avoid complication and frustration,

I need to stay in my own lane.

And never engage nor entertain,

Any kind of drama or overthinking.

I may come across while navigating,

In this life full of challenges that get exciting,

As opportunities for learning and growing,

And becoming whole, loving and nurturing,

Are always available for fulfilling and maturing.

Another thing I realized,

Which I've been working so hard,

And so many times also failed,

To remind myself that we have no control of other people's

feelings and actions.

We can only control ours.

And changing mindsets,

Can save us from disappointments and heart breaks.

These are just few of the lessons I learned from 2024.

So 2025 here I come!

I am ready to embark on a magical adventure of a lifetime!
