You never cease to amaze me
You always have your ways to surprise me
Your little treats leave me in awe and wonder
Seeing and watching you makes my heart flutter
To be in your presence
Makes me ME
Alive and free.
How I enjoyed and treasured these moments
of being alone with you in silence
Exchanging gazes, shrugs, smiles
Those are priceless
They seem trivial, silly and simple
But they mean the world to me
They speak volume
and cannot be quantified by human measurements
These are sacred moments
Our happy place
A safe space
We share
Just you and me.
