Norwegian Lundehund- rarest dog breeds on the planet
The program aims to use the Norwegian breed Lundehund and other Nordic dog breeds to reduce the risk of genetic predisposition. In addition to the much-needed genetic diversity of the Lundehund, the Norwegian Lundehund Club has partnered with the Norwegian Kennel Club and other national teams to launch a change project. Females of three other Spitz species found near Lundehund, the Norwegian Buhund, Icelandic Shepherd, and Norbottenspet are bred with Lundehund males. Lundehund is an evolutionary wonder, these dogs have several truly unique traits that you won't find in any other species in the world (at least in this combination).
