Pipi Thistle Butt Head's Fun Day at Home
Our cat Pipi, is really sweet and loving. Yet, when it comes to her curiosity and mischievous nature, she has a hard time not getting into trouble. I think if we had a camera, throughout our entire house, this story might or could be the kind of trouble she would get into if left home to0 often...

Even Animals have Bad Days
After yesterday’s soap opera of “ Tired of all My Kids” adding to how stressful kids can be at times... We have 4 cats, along with 4 children they’re indoor outdoor cats. We had made arrangements for spaying them to find out the 2 youngest were already pregnant, so we didn’t abort. ( Please don’t say the animals are over populated, cause at this point humans are over populated especially the perfect ones) Anyway, Easter Sunday the one jumped in a box and had 5 babies, she’s the perfect Mommy. Feeds her babies, only leaves them to eat or use the litter box etc. A couple days later her sister had 6 babies, leaving my house with 15 cats, a dog, 4 kids and a husband. The one with 5 went outside for the first time yesterday for maybe 10 mins. The one with 6, gave birth stayed perfect for two days, on the 3rd day she woke me at 4am screaming outside my bedroom, I jumped up as I do for my 6 yr olds nightmares. She glared at me, screaming, I thought oh no, somethings wrong so I picked her up and went to her babies, sound asleep in a ball. I put her back with them, she jumped out screaming. It’s 4am, I don’t have the brain capacity to talk to her about manners and respecting social distancing. She’s following me screaming, What, what’s the issue?!?! She jumps in the window clawing, scratching to go out. Ok, what’s an hour away from 6 kids climbing all over you, sucking the life out of you... ok, go ahead. I wake up she comes back in, the babies attack her, she starts screaming, they all settle down, finally. Now my husbands awake, the kids are already arguing, it’s not even 9am. Momma cat jumps out of her bed, runs to the door, when I opened the door she makes a mad dash to the neighbors back yard and hides. This happened 3-4 days in a row. Yesterday while I’m laughing at grown women and fighting for my own sanity, she darts out the door, runs out sits at the end of the driveway, I’m assuming after staying in that spot for 45 mins she’s waiting on Uber to get her away from her 6 screaming kids for awhile. She paced that area for nearly a hour and a half. Finally, I got tired of her kids screaming, mine screaming I went to the door and watched her and thought, that’s what she’s doing, she is so tired of her kids, probably my kids for waking hers, and the noise in this house! I was considering going out and pacing with her cause the fighting over a green water gun or blue, mom I need a phone all my friends at 10 have them. I opened the door, yelled for her to get back in here. She takes off to the neighbors and goes in the back flow pipe. I thought for a second, wonder if I can find a sewer pipe to hide in?!?! 2hrs later I said Candy, get your ass out of the pipe and come feed your kids. She moped her ass out of the pipe, walked at a snails pace, I yelled get your ass moving if I gotta be in here listening to all this shit, you’re gonna do it to. She literally walked up on the porch, looks up at me in the door and did that talking scream, like bitch I needed a f***ing moment of peace and quiet, but went over fed her babies and decided to get up and go to her own corner of her box. One baby woke up and started creeping towards her and since their eyes aren’t open yet, she’s playing Marco Polo. Today, repeat, this time I’m thinking of going with her.

CATS FOREVER
Meow! Meow! Meow! It's a typical brisk winter night with the fairly chilled wind blowing. I am out with some friends after a long day for a much-needed dinner. Suddenly, I hear this onomatopoeic meow that was too cute to be ignored, and I was hooked. Much to my joy so was that cotton ball, who later followed me back home and finally decided to mark the place as her own.

Elderly Cat Constipation
Whereas it used to be that a cat's whole 9 lives got used up in not much longer than a decade, if that, the advances in Veterinary care, combined with owners protecting their cats more from traffic and accidents, means that cats now often live longer than two decades.

Boomer
One day I was at my grandmas house, missing my cat, Bobbie. I wanted to go back home so I could see her, but there was much more cats at my grandmas house. So, I walked around the back porch where the cats were. I walked over to my other cat, Luna Kitty. Luna Kitty was pregnant at the time, so I didn't want to pick her up because I might hurt the kittens. I went to see Luna Kitty's foster mother, Mommy Kitty, or Sara. Sara was also Bobbie's mother, so Luna Kitty is Bobbie's foster sister. I wanted to go inside, because it was hot out. I walked inside of my grandmas house, and cool air rushed into my hair. I walked over to the couch to sit down near my grandmas dog, Ruby. I got up after a few minutes to grab something to eat. I found nothing I liked, so I went to my cousins house to play games on my phone. I rode my bike down to her house, which was not far away. I set my bike down and ran inside the house. I spent a couple nights there, with my cousin Adalynn. My mom came and picked me up to go home. I ran inside of the house, happy to be home again with my cat. I ran into my moms bedroom to find my cat, because she liked staying in there. When I checked, I saw a black and white cat. I jumped back in surprise. I never seen a cat like him. I wondered if he was a street cat that had sneaked into our house. I went to tell my mom that, but when I told her, she said that he was our cat now. I was surprised because she said that I would not get another pet. I walked back into the bedroom, only to find Bobbie sleeping on the bed. I went and checked under the bed to see if the cat was still there. Before I could check, my little brother walked in with the cat in his arms. "This is Boomer!" He happily said. I walked over to Boomer and picked him up to pet him. He was very soft. I went over and sat on my moms bed. I wanted to see how sharp his claws were, so I picked his paw up and tried to find his claws. For some reason, I couldn't find them. I guessed that he was declawed. I went over to my mom and asked her why did she get him. She told me that she got him because he was declawed and fixed. A few months later, Bobbie started to pee on stuff so we had to kick her out. I was sad, so everyday I would walk outside to see her. A week after we kicked her out, my other cousin came and we brought her back inside. Boomer was not happy at all. The whole night we called him a angry ball of fur. Eventually we fell asleep and in the morning I begged my mom to bring Bobbie to my grandmas house. She eventually said yes. That day we brought Bobbie back to where she was born, by the way my grandmas house. The present day, Bobbie, Boomer, Luna Kitty and Sara are all doing well. Luna Kitty has 3 healthy kittens, one from a different litter. Sara has 1 surviving kitten and before she had her kittens, she moved to Adalynn's house. Her kittens name is Ollie. Boomer is happy in his home and Bobbie is too. That's the end of this story! Stay happy and healthy! Bye!

Cat Whisker Facts
Have you ever looked at your cat’s cute face and wondered if those whiskers served a purpose, and what that might be? Of course you haven’t, you most likely have one of those really aloof cats that you never see unless it’s trying to claw your eyes out while you are sleeping. Lucky for all of us though, I have a friendly cat and I started to think about this, so I decided to find out more about whiskers and share it with all of you. Perhaps “fascinating” is a bit of a stretch, but it turns out that cat whiskers are pretty remarkable things.

Amon, the Hidden One
I never thought I would get a cat. The scratching, biting...overall, just being highly picky about what they want just deterred me away for a while. My roommates had a friend who took in a stray cat, who had kittens about a week later of being in the house (surprise!). She messaged my roommates about taking a kitten. In turn, they asked if I wanted one.
