4 basic knowledge about cat!

As you can see this blog is going to be about cats. It is going to be a fun project for me because I love cats. So, if you also like cats like me or you are a cat mother or father or you are thinking of adopting a cat then you should read this blog till the end.

So, in today's world, many people have cats as their pets. Cats are very lovey-dovey and hygienic animals by nature. When you see them, they attract you by their charm and beauty but are these pieces of information enough if you are thinking of having a pet cat? Absolutely no!!!!!! If you want to live with a cat you have to adjust to them and know well about them of course they are not going to tell you, what they need. So before adopting a cat know some basic things about them.

1. Why should we adopt a cat?

Well, a cat is a playful animal. It also has a magical power. Cats are believed to absorb negative energy and neutralize it through their purring, comforting behaviors and soothing presence. If their human is sad or having a bad time anyway, they can make them happy instantly with their charms.

There is one more benefit of having a cat; it makes you a responsible and punctual person. A cat is like a baby so you have to take care of them from feeding to grooming in a timely manner. While cats are very clean animals by nature you have to take special care of their grooming and yeah, they like to eat on time.

2. What are cats' food habits?

As I said earlier cat likes to eat on time. You have to maintain a very specific schedule. You can feed them packaged cat food which is healthy and high in animal proteins, a moderate amount of fat and low amounts of carbohydrates and fibre. But buying cat food might be expensive for you instead you can feed homemade mixed veg and protein, or steamed meat and fish sometimes etc. But do not use salt or sugar in any of their foods it can cause disease.

3. What are their habits?

Cats are most likely to sleep in the daytime and they are super active at night. At the time they just eat, sleep and groom their selves. They act like they are hungry all the time, sometimes they are super quiet and adorable and sometimes super aggressive. They might act like they don't give any shit to you but they actually love and admires you secretly. Haha!!! But generally, male cats are quieter than girl cats.

4.How to create cat friendly environment?

Cats are super sensitive so make sure a safe place for them. Provide vertical spaces; cats love to climb, scratch, hide, and rest. Try to create this kind of place at home like placing scratching posts in every room, buying a cat tree, make cozy and relaxing zones. Then maintain a comfortable temperature. Use rubber matt instead of steel surfaces cause stainless steel surfaces might be stressful for them. Keep toxic items away like sharp glasses, steel or any harmful things. Buy your cat toys and try to keep them indoors. And most importantly do not yell at your cat or do not try to touch them through your feet they can feel insecure.

Oh, last but not least make sure your cats' litter box is somewhere placed where no one can notice them. Let them finish pee-pee poo-poo alone. They like to hide them after they have done their job so make sure they are comfortable.
