We live in a world that often glorifies toughness. We’re taught from a young age that strength is synonymous with never showing vulnerability, pushing through pain, and always standing tall with unwavering resolve. But this definition of strength, the one where the only acceptable form of power is silent, stoic, and unyielding, leaves out something profoundly human: the quiet, unseen strength that lives in moments of doubt, fear, and exhaustion.

Strength isn’t about never feeling like you’ve had enough.

It’s about how you rise after you’ve fallen. It’s about your ability to keep going when you don’t know how. It’s when you acknowledge that you're exhausted, but you take one more step anyway. It can be easy to judge ourselves for not being “strong enough,” but often, the true strength is hidden behind what appears to be weakness. The strength in enduring the emotional toll of challenges, in showing up every day despite feeling overwhelmed, in learning to keep your heart open even after being hurt—these are all marks of someone who is powerful, even if the world doesn’t always recognize it.
