Word hard is the key of success

Hard work is the most important key to success. Achievements without hard work are impossible. An idle person can never gain anything if they sit and wait for a better opportunity to come. The person who is working hard is able to gain success and happiness in life. Nothing is easy to be achieved in life without doing any hard work.

The Edison was working for 21 hours a day, and he sleeps only for 2 or 3 hours on the laboratory tables with his books as his pillow. The prime minister of India late Pt. Nehru, he was working for 17 hours a day and seven days a week. There were no holidays on his calendar. The Mahatma Gandhi Ji worked ceaselessly day and night and he won freedom for his country. The hard work is a price that we pay for success in life.

As a word success is indeed very sweet. Everybody wants it. But it cannot be taken for granted. Every student wants success in the examination and works hard to achieve it. A businessman wants success in his business. A surgeon wants to perform a successful operation and a lawyer wants that he should be successful in winning a case. "Success in life" is a common term for all. A student's success in an examination is just not enough unless he is able to utilize his knowledge thus gained in later life. All parents want that their children should be successful in life and they spend do whatever they legitimately can to achieve the aim. Still, all men are not successful in life. Some work extremely hard but Dame Luck does not smile on them. Others don't exert so much and still they get success, name and fame. One can say that in certain cases, chance does play its part.

Sometimes a person gets an opportunity for success and he avails himself of it without delay. And there may be others, more intelligent and hardworking, who may never get an opportunity for success and progress in life. This is, however, not true in all the cases. If we study the lives of successful men carefully, we realize that such men have worked very hard at one time or the other in their lives. Even mere hard work is not enough, unless this hard work is done in a systematic and well- planned manner. A particular student may burn the midnight oil but may not fare well in the examination.

But there may be another who may put in just a fraction of the labour put in by the former but may come out with flying colors. So, proper planning and thoughtful arrangement of material are essential to be successful in a venture, may be an examination, an interview or any other activity. To this, must be added proper guidance which can be provided only by a highly qualified and experienced person. Many believe, particularly in the modern corrupt world, that unjust methods such as flattery, bribery, favoritism, egotism, etc., are essential for success. Of course, we should not deny that corruption and malpractices do exist on a large scale.

There is no denying the fact that education and hard-work are two key ingredients of success. If hard work gives impetus to our journey to success, education gives us the direction to the destination of success.

Education is the nectar drinking which first man turns from an animal into a real human being, and if he continues to drink it, it can metamorphose him into a demigod. Education is the spark that ignites the faculties of mind, body, and intellect which further develop into skills and knowledge. Without education these faculties would remain mere seeds of possibilities.

Hard Work

Success and knowledge are one's own, and no one can steal them. However, that only comes with work one puts in his work.

It is impossible for a lazy person to reach their goal and is a curse; on the contrary, hard work is a boon.
