WHY SHOULDN'T WE GIVE UP ON LIFE?
LIFE IS SO PRECIOUS, SO WE SHOULDN'T GIVE UP WHEN ANYTHING IS NOT GOING OUR WAY.....
If we have been working so hard but didn't find a few positive result in our life , we often think to give up. You might want to give up on life because you might face something so terrible irresistible but someone nicely said
''life is like cricket, never leave the pitch'', you don't know when your destiny will prevail and you will hit six. This life you are living is so precious, every day counts so be happy reading motivational books by the people who have passed through the same phase.
There are some things in life that you can’t change and you have got to live with them. There are sometimes certain situations or circumstances that you can’t change so better accept them and still find a way to move on.
There is no point in asking “Why me?” because there is and there will be no answer. You have only two options, either to give up or keep going.
HERE IS SOME TIPS HOW NOT TO GIVE UP ON LIFE
1. THINK ABOUT YOU GOAL:
Think about what you want to achieve in your life, in which place you want to see self. make a list of your goals. start finding the right way how you can reach to your desire goals. keep it in your mind that instant success is a myth . keep working on yourself and gradually you will be successful.
2. MAKE A SCHEDULE AND STICK TO IT;
Staying motivated doesn’t just happen. We have to set our intentions and choose behaviors that will keep us on the right track. They provide a vital structure that will keep us going, regardless of how we’re thinking or feeling on any given day – almost automating the difficult thing we have to do.
Aristotle said, “We are what we repeatedly do,” so set dedicated times to work on your goals. Put them in your calendar, and don’t book anything else in for those times.
3. DO MEDITATION AND YOGA
It is scientifically proven that yoga and meditation can keep our mind so relax. when nothing is going our way we all feel frustrated, it is the right time to do yoga it calms our mind and body.
4. FIND YOUR WHY;
don't forget why did you started, always remember how badly you want to achieve your goal. Find the value in what you’re doing, to identify why you want to keep going. Is it helping you to reach a larger goal, or benefiting others in some way? You’ll feel more invested and enthusiastic when you can see the benefits and the meaning of a task
5. STOP COMPARING YOURSELF WITH OTHERS;
This can be hard in our social media-dominated world. Often, we only see the happy highlights from those around us – fancy holidays, “dream” jobs, perfect relationships. But what you see online is only half the story. Everyone is facing their own struggles, and everyone has bad days, just like you. Albert Einstein said, “It’s not that I’m so smart, it’s just that I stay with problems longer.”
6. TAKE CARE ABOUT YOURSELF AND THINK POSITIVELY;
Do what ever you love to do, listen to the music, cook some good food , surround yourself with positive people. we will see every thing will be going your way.
It can be difficult sometimes to judge whether we need to push a bit harder, or are just banging our head against a wall. Check your purpose, your chances of success, whether you really have to do it all yourself, and what you’re going to get out of it. Find the balance between being kind to yourself and being your own boot camp leader!
Sometime we all loss our motivation but at that time don't lose your but be positive, think positive and every thing will be ok with the time. keep going on in your life, you are a CHAMPION.....
