Unscripted Life

Before any movie is made or play is performed on stage, its script i.e. story is written.

It determines who is the hero, who is the heroine, who is the villain.

And the director explains to everyone what their role is then the hero or heroine acts as he says.

But that is reel life. In real life our script is already written by God above before our birth.

God is the director in real life. We walk as he leads.

Here unscripted life means we live according to the life decided by God but in this world also we work according to other's script.

Even though we don't work in a theater company or in a movie, our lives run from morning to night according to someone else's script.

Here we are talking about working young men and women.

From morning to evening he does the work of his senior or superior.

Even the boys and girls working in the bank have to endure a lot of torture.

Meeting when you reach the bank at 9:00 in the morning, meeting before you go home at night, whether the target is completed or not, are you doing it? If all the targets of that branch have been completed, then why don't you? If so, stay at home, 5 credit cards are to be opened today, if not, today's absence will be taken.

If today's target is not completed by the evening, then the whole month's commission will not be received. If you have to make a complaint, give threats to call whoever you want to call.

You are a burden to us. We can also work with less staff.

If 5 policies of life insurance are not done, the policy of the members of the household will have to be taken but the target will have to be completed by the end of March.

If the target of fixed deposit is not met, house FD has to be put.

All this has to be endured.

You are insulted by the boss among all the staff.

If you are working in an HR consultancy, you have to hire 1 to 2 people a month otherwise you will be fired from the next month.

The lives of working young men and women are spent fulfilling the dreams of others. It is a life like the life of a frog inside a well. The frog thinks that this well is his world and there is nothing outside it. But if the frog is brought out of the well, he realizes how big the world is. And he can enjoy seeing this world and moving around here.

I don't say bad for working people but they work day and night to fulfill other's dreams by killing their own dreams and when boss's dreams are not fulfilled, insult and tourcher get as bonus.

Barely 30 people out of every 100 will meet the target every month, what about the rest?

Here I will try to show you through a story how life is unscripted.

Shikhar was working as a sales officer in a very large and reputed private bank.

He did his MBA in Finance. His hobby was writing short stories and poetry.

But started working in bank to overcome some financial bad condition of the house.

On the very first day in the bank, his sales manager explained his job profile

The target of 15 bank accounts, 5 demat accounts, 5 credit cards, 1 personal loan and 1 life insurance policy has to be completed by the end of the month.
