For two and a half years, I lost my bearings twice and answered the question: how to find motivation to lose weight and acquire the body of my dreams. The first time the settings went astray a year ago, at a weight of 72 kg. Then in July this year, when the Carpathians confirmed : I was able to do more than I had planned at the start.
Then and now I have opened a second wind and I plan to move on - from a normal stable weight to beautiful cubes and a thin waist. The silhouette in the mirror lacks grace, while I lack discipline and self-control.
HOW TO FIND MOTIVATION TO LOSE WEIGHT: SHAPING A NEW DAILY ROUTINE
My story began when I remembered an image from the past: a beautiful girl, successful and stylish. But this girl lived with gritted teeth, so I hid from her under a layer of fat. This is how I identified the state of tension and anxiety that accompanied my whole life and prevented me from achieving my goals.
Now the achievement of the desired is given without the chilling cold between the heart and stomach. I freed myself, opened myself to a new life and share my story.
The tips below are for guidance only, my experience is not for everyone. I know for sure the main thing: we form our reality and everyday life. How to do it?
TIP 1. DREAMING OF A NEW SELF

Ask yourself the question: when and what did I dream about the last time? How much this desire is connected with true thoughts, personal motives, priorities.
We often dream of global happiness, see images of loved ones and forget about ourselves. I constantly hear such stories from outwardly prosperous women who focus on the interests of children, husband and even a dog.
Draw a mental image, or better describe on a piece of paper or record on a dictaphone, what you see yourself in a year. Save your notes and refer to them periodically. It is a marker that helps you move towards your dream.
TIP 2. GETTING ON THE SCALES
Ask yourself: How do I feel when I see disappointing numbers? I tell two stories - a former girlfriend (let's call her Masha) and my own.
Masha came to visit and first of all got on the scales, which showed 80+. A friend stood on tiptoe, complaining of a "heavy bone". The scales remained adamant.
Masha began to process pictures for social networks in a photo editor. I drew the waist, narrowed the hips, removed the second chin. To the cautious question "why?" answered: there must be a riddle in a woman.
When I exhibited rare photos in the weight of 85+, I was tempted to make myself smaller. But she remembered Masha with attempts to hide the fat truth and clicked "Publish".
Once my scales showed 94 kg , and I instantly found motivation to lose weight: I want a different life! The whole evening I remembered the most beautiful and fit period of my life, dreamed of how I would again become slim, graceful, light.
I will get rid of shortness of breath, shapeless tunics and immense cardigans. The pants that I wear under the skirt will remain in the past. I will love the dresses again, and the tights will stop cutting into the waist. I will buy tiny underwear and a two-piece swimsuit.
At that moment I imagined with horror that I could undress in front of someone! Today I go to the beach with pleasure and feel lightness in intimate moments.
TIP 3. CHOOSE AN EXAMPLE TO FOLLOW

TIP 4. TALK TO YOURSELF

TIP 5. ACTING WITHOUT LOOKING BACK
Whisper to yourself: I can! Believe in yourself - a reliable person whom you have known all your life or just met. Your guiding stars are a cherished dream and a happy, mobile, easy life.
Free yourself from the fences in your mind and take action. Start with small steps and tiny victories over yourself. Make mistakes and find your way.
Continuously go forward and be sure to achieve the desired goal, fulfill your dream and get more than a new body. Find yourself and build a new life, free from doubts and complexes.
