This Trait Helped Me To Change.

To Revamp Your Life, Cultivate This Key Trait.

You can not improve the things which are perfect in your mind. The things that do not cross the threshold of fault, would not be detected by your radar of improvement. And that is what halts the seeds of improvement to germinate.

The same happened to me. There were many faults attached to my routine. However, they never registered on my improvement radar as it was all perfect for me.

Without any awareness, there was no scope for improvement.

If I could not make myself aware of the fact that certain things are not good for me, what will be the chances that I will act for changes.

If I am not aware of the fact about the colour of a healthy leaf in a plant, every shade will appear healthy to me.

To make a change for the better, I must know that there is a need for change.

If my life goal is to get to the circle and I have a square. I will be happy with the square because I think that the square is the circle. Would I place any effort to round those sharp corners of the square in order to convert it into a circle? Lack of awareness between the square and circle will halt my progress.

Awareness is the key to change.

Or to say it in better words of Eckhart Tolle:

Awareness is the greatest agent for change.

If I am aware of the circumstances that I am in, then only there is some scope for me to change for a better life. Otherwise, everything is good for me which negate the need for change.

Awareness helps us notice. It helps us to see what is and what it can be.

The world is realising the power of Meditation. Majority of the people who want a better life are turning towards the ancient Indian way i.e. Meditation.

Meditation is popular because it increases self-awareness. To those who are aware of where their mind constantly jumps to, practice focusing it on one thing during that meditation.

Awareness helps them notice the problem that jeopards our productivity. Constantly jumping mind devoid of any focus. When we sit in meditation, we realize how hard it is to limit the movement of thoughts in our minds.

At one time, we would ponder on our bank account and immediately after that, we will think about our salary.

Then the mind will jump to search for a business that can help you grow yourself and the amount in the bank and after that, it would ponder on the failed start-up that would bring back your mind to loss reflected in the bank account.

The mind will keep hooping from one thought to another and that leads to a problem.

Without proper focus, nothing can be achieved. They notice their lack of awareness and then they focus again. This simple act of meditation also requires awareness.

Awareness helps you notice the unnoticed.

Awareness helped me in noticing that there is room for improvement in my life. It helped me to notice the things that can be improved for a better life.

Without being aware in my life, I would have failed to notice that there are more scopes for improvement. Otherwise, everything is as fine as it can be for my limited vision devoid of any awareness.

Comfort zone dulls over awareness. It hinders our vision to notice room for improvements.

Change demands efforts and a person inside the comfort zone consciously or subconsciously tries to avoid effort, new environment or anything out of comfort zone.

Awareness is the Key.

Cultivate this trait.

You won't believe what wonders it will bring to your life.

Just notice and refocus.

Refocus your wondering mind on your goal and achieve it.

Just be Aware.
