As a human being, continuous learning is a key factor in success. Reading books is the oldest and an excellent way to gain knowledge and insights on various aspects of life. In this blog, we will discuss the top 10 books that every entrepreneur should read in 2023.

“The Lean Startup” by Eric Rise

Before getting into the details of the book let us see who is ERIC RIES….

An entrepreneur and author of the popular blog Startup Lessons Learned. He co-founded and served as CTO of IMVU as his third startup. Like you and me, Eric has had plenty of startup failures along his journey. This book provides insights into the strategies that successful companies use to achieve long-term success. It is a must-read for any entrepreneur who wants to build a sustainable business. Jim is a teacher and has a great understanding of the ins and outs of the term business as a whole.

As a teacher he knows how to make his student understand what he is teaching, all words in that book will clear all your thoughts right away.

“The Innovator’s Dilemma” by Clayton Christensen

The author of this masterpiece is Kim B. Clark Professor at Harvard Business School, the author of nine books, a five-time recipient of the McKinsey Award for Harvard Business Review’s best article, and the co-founder of four companies, including the innovation consulting firm Innosight. “Start with Why” by Simon Sinek

Simon Sinek you have seen him all over your social media screens, whether its Instagram reals, Facebook motivation pages, or YouTube he is a trained ethnographer. He teaches leaders and organizations how to inspire people.

Now his book, provides insights into the importance of having a clear purpose and mission for your business. It encourages entrepreneurs to focus on the “why” behind their business, rather than just the “what” and “how”.

He usually hits those topics that are untouched or have a very sensitive feel to them. Whether it’s about loneliness, Student problems, business ideas, or correcting people’s thought processes to achieve goals that seem to be so untouchable in our minds.

All in all, perusing is a fundamental movement for any business visionary who needs to prevail in business.
