Hitting 10K Reads On Vocal
I remember when I first discovered vocal.media... The year was 2018, Donald Trump was halfway through his rein as President, My wife and I were on the verge of separating for the second time, my daughter had just turned 2 years old, and I had finally decided what I wanted to do with the rest of my life. I made several different attempts to establish my life's career but each resulted in one disappointing failure after another. Then finally, as if in some kind of light bulb over head moment, I came to the realization that throughout the course of my entire life, I have had a passion for writing. I had always been the wormiest of book worms and on their had been a multitude of occasions where an idea for a potential book manifested within my mind. I even remember attempting to actually begin writing them on one or two occasions. However, It wasn't until that pivotal awakening moment in 2018 that my pursuit to become both a famous and successful writer/author evolved into a serious endeavor.

Trophy
Bronze skin, metal coated …. Who am I…? I am what you would call a trophy; a material reward for various skill levels, ranging from expert to novice. I am not limited to a specific form; I can be a ribbon, or a framed certificate embossed with seals and hooks on the back. Compare me to a woman that is hard to get; you will never win me if you lack determination. But, shouldn’t you always put forth your best effort even if the reward was not a trophy, or a plaque…? Is it me, or is it your talent that has led you to become recognized and noticed. I am not human, so I say, “How does it feel to be victorious?" The crowd, the applause, it looks glorious. Is it your talent or, have I made you famous and notorious?"

Tips on how to always keep winning.
There is no better way to start this wonderful piece without this lovely quote by Paul Bryant, "Winning isn't everything, but it beats anything that comes in second." That's it there is never going to be a better way to say this over and over than the way it is. Everyone was born a winner, but the ability to keep winning at all times is what we need. In failure is winning, that's the only way, you can not see winning in failure, there are absolutely no two ways to that, right in the midst of that failure is a lot of lessons learnt, lessons needed to propel you towards achieving your next great win. You will agree with me that it feels so good to win, we all love winning at all times and that's just the way it should be even though reality might tell us it isn't visible which you will agree is true. Winning isn't everything, but it beats anything that comes in second.

Power of Positivity
Have you ever taken the time to step back and consider your approach to the multiple trials and issues you face on a daily basis? If you could step back from yourself and observe your actions as they relate to a situation or problem you’re facing, you might be amazed at how clearly the best solution comes to you. To use a golf analogy; the best way to improve your swing is to watch it on video. While this exercise could be shocking and often embarrassing to some, the result is a deep look into what might be causing that slice. The flaws and the multiple things that happen with that swing become fairly obvious in the few seconds between the address, the backswing, striking of the ball and the follow through.

I'm really, really rich.
This story is written as an affirmative prayer. As described by Unity, "Affirmative prayer asserts positive beliefs about a desired outcome and connects with the spirit of God within." If you read it and imagine the voice to be your own, you may just find yourself with lots of unexpected income flowing in to your life! It works for me.

Don’t Let Anything/Anybody Stand In Your Way
My mom was not just “mom”, she truly was my role model, my mentor and most of all “The Leader Of Our Family”. Determined at a very young age, my mom would volunteer her time at the local hospital. Compassion for others of all ages, her dreams of being a nurse began long before she took time to help others in many ways.

Having Motivation To do things in Life
Episode 12: Having motivation and drive to do things in life The definition of having drive and motivation to do things in life I have learned are to be dedicated to one goal at a time or being motivated to change or do something in life. The second thing I have learned as a person is having drive and motivation to do something comes with patience and goal setting and accomplishing one goal at a time. The motivation I get on a daily basis as a person comes from me finding a way to get a hard task done that I might be faced with.Motivation with me is key because it has helped me be dedicated to things in life like being a student and an athlete. The motivation for me to do well in life comes from my heart and focus for me and the drive comes from my mindset. I am the type of person if something is not upto my expectation I am the type of person to have the drive to get a task up to a high expectation. The drive to do well in life comes from my mindset overall in the perspective of what the person wants to accomplish task wise in life or goals that they set for themselves to achieve.

How To Gain More Traction and Become Unstoppable in Life
I’m 24 and I have no expertise — yet. I stopped caring about the university after finishing 3/4 courses. I was working out with big breaks, making no progress at all. I started guitar, learning to program, meditating, biking, and diet at some point in my life. I abandoned anything I started. I almost abandoned writing too.

Being me and Being a Writer
I am a student, writer, carer, and wife. Before this, I was also a parent, student, and person with disabilities (some of which I still have). I was unconfident, always thinking I couldn't do anything, even though I was always told I was good at many forms of writing at school. It was only after my children grew up that I realized I had a need to be able to do something with my life. I was unable to find work because of disruptions to my education, mental health, and because many employers were discriminatory due to my learning disabilities and my mental health problems, leaving me feeling useless and incapable. It has taken me from my teens up to now (44) to decide where I as a person wanted to be in life, and what I wanted to achieve. I chose writing, and my passion for that has developed in more ways than I could have ever wished for.

My alarm clock rings at 6:00 a.m. on weekdays. Actually, it's not an alarm clock. I use the alarm on my phone. My Apple Watch is connected to my cell phone, which is a huge advantage because this way, I can use the snooze function without moving around a lot.
