Concentration breeds success
When the rays of the sun are focused via a magnifying glass on a single spot, they may cause a sheet of paper to get scorched. This kind of fire could only be started when the sunlight was focused on a tiny area. A magnifying glass placed too far away from or too near to the paper resulted in the insufficient focus of the rays. As a result, nothing occurred.

Quitting smoking. My journey and how it benefitted me.
I decided to write to Vocal about one of my greatest challenges in life. It was a challenge but was also a wonderful accomplishment in life. Quitting smoking is the most difficult habit to overcome. It is not easy and most people that quit pick up the habit and become what they would call second hand smokers. People sometimes start to have cravings and some people, even years after quitting have dreams of smoking. I've experienced the dreams as well as others that I know of. Quitting smoking is one of the greatest achievements that I have ever accomplished.

The difference between you and a rich man
Before I start writing, I apologize for a pretty provocative title first and try to start. It's quite conventional, but there are people in this world who are rich and often we called rich. I'm still young, but I've been thinking steadily about how to become like them and I'm still thinking.

My Rest-olution v.2022
I'm the kind of guy who always seems to be on the go. I am often told I do too much for too may people and spread myself far too thin. I work in an industry where I deal with problems. Problems of all sorts. I am a maintenance man in a very large, outdated, problem riddled apartment building. There isn't much that hasn't caused some sort of problem for one or multiple of the residence, and to be honest it is proven to me daily that common sense is not so common. None the less I am the one they call to fix their problems. I find myself on my feet all day long racking up the miles. According to my pedometer app an easy day has me breaking the 10 000 step marker before 2 pm. On a bad day its double by that time.
