Perfect Conditions
As we begin our new life of adventure and personal development, we are often excited and enthused. We are eager to set out, ride the waves, climb the mountain, and explore aspects of ourselves on our own “Hero’s Journey”. In doing so, we rarely concern ourselves with ideal or perfect conditions.

An Ode to Cheese and Crackers
Cheese and crackers are one of the best snacks ever invented by mankind. They're the perfect comfort food for whatever you're feeling, reminiscing about or thinking about. Cheese and crackers will always be there (unless you don't have any in the fridge) by your side to munch on through the good times and the bad times, and the in-between times. Heck, I'm even munching on some as I'm writing this article. They're such legends. So, without further ado, here is a list of all the times to eat cheese and crackers. Enjoy :)

4 Reasons On "Why coming out of the comfort zone is necessary?"
While we are constantly taught to do what makes us happy and be where we feel comfortable, this might not be the best advice for curious, innovative young minds who are always in search of new adventures and continuous growth. Here’s why the ‘ Comfort Zone ‘ isn’t always a safe zone, and Why we should overcome it, in order to reach the ‘Growth Zone’.

It’s Not My Business Anymore
“Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.” When I first read this quote by Irish playwright Oscar Wilde, only one thing came to mind. For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been concerned with what others thought about me. When I look back at much of my early life, as well as my first few years of young adulthood, I’ve found that I’ve hidden many things about myself. However, the two of the biggest things I’ve hidden about myself are that I’m a performer and my autism. Even though these things make me unique and have expanded my social circle a bit, the fact that some people knew these things about me led to me being bullied. As a result, I found myself keeping my guard up and hiding these things from the world to avoid even the possibility of being teased. Looking back, I truly regret the fact that I did that because I ended up missing out on the opportunities to make more friends and try new things. In fact, the one thing I wish I could say to those who bullied me and made me feel inferior is, “What you think of me is none of my business anymore.”

How To Take Back Your Power As An Introvert
First of all, there is no dispute about the toxicity of social media. Especially in recent years, many unkind words have been spoken, with Instagram in the first lines, taking the one for the team. Profiting off of shallow values, promoting plastic beauty, unrealistic lifestyles, massive influencer culture, and monetizing people's unhappiness is so closely tied to the media madness, there is no more line to cross; the line has been erased altogether.

Love yourself
I was today years old when I realised it’s time to start loving myself and not focusing on all the negative parts to myself and my body. I needed to start accepting me for who I am and not trying to change all the time. I realised at the end of the day you are who you are and no can can better that because no one else is you except for you! you’ve been given the body your living in for a reason so it’s time to start looking at that body in a positive way! You may think you’ve got flaws and negative aspects to yourself but that’s what makes you, you! I understand change is good but change for the better, don’t change because you hate yourself and want to create a new you, change because your happy with who you are and you just feel like changing it up a little. You can’t run away from who you are trust me I’ve learnt that the hard way! You must want to be the best version of yourself and no one can take that away from you because you are you !

5 Beliefs That Block Inner Peace
Many people look to outside reasons and their surroundings in an effort to find inner peace without even realizing it. Inner peace can only come within and stems from our deeply rooted beliefs about ourselves and the way we react to different cases.

Spend time with yourself
Most people feel the need to go out all the time, and feel unaccomplished and even like their day was a failure if they do not work hard at something. Even though we may feel like taking some time to ourselves is a waste of time, and maybe in the short term pushing yourself towards your goals will provide faster results, in the long term we will tire ourselves out. Even 5 minutes a day all alone with yourself can decrease stress and increase your clarity to act more rationally and make better decision that keep you true to who you say you are.

Shutting Down, Getting Up
I was queried about my spare time in hard times. Actually, I have a lot to do to keep busy. However, we need people in our lives. You miss their company. Nice, to have social media. We would still like to text someone or include them in our lives.

How to Set Boundaries When You’re the “Go-To”
3 years ago I took a personality quiz on 16personalites. The results, to my skeptical surprise, were pretty spot on. To summarize, I was categorized as a “ Logistician” which meant I was a logical, practical thinker. I am honest, direct, responsible; basically everything you would look for in your go-to. Reliable. This is a great trait in someone you would want in your go-to, but being the go-to has been one of the worst things in my life.
