Find your true will
It is enough to contemplate the world and the vast universe that surrounds us, with those gravitational forces that make everything move with surprising precision to realize that there is a mystery that surrounds everything, an invisible will that human beings have tried to define. through many names and that we cannot explain.

Habits Change the World
Imagine: You are working at a dead end job in a boring office environment. Each day, you come in, drink your coffee, clock in, sit at your desk, and start plucking away at your daily task list. Your boss walks down the rows of desks every so often. Making sure that you are not on your phone and working hard for that meager wage and sub-par benefits package. It's Monday, and this will be the same routine for the next five days. A simple thought runs through your head as you plug away at your job. One day, things will get better. Sounds like fun, doesn't it?

How to feel sexy when you don’t feel like it
Feeling sexy is very complicated as a brown woman, not just because of the secretiveness that you need to do it with amidst your very involved family, but also because we are met with structural rejections that always make us feel that we are not sexy enough. And then we have our bad days, our messed up days, our cry-and-do-nothing days.

Creative Block
I love to write. It's something that has come naturally since I was younger. Now my spelling is shit, and I can't say my grammar is perfect, but when you enjoy getting the thoughts out of your head it really doesn't matter (well maybe not that people are reading it, but whatever judge if you must). I never really had a "writing style" or a niche. Usually it was just random words that came to my mind that I needed to get out or made up lyrics to songs that had already been written. I'm the type of person that would rather text then speak over the phone, because when put on the spot, I freeze or say something stupid or wrong. When I write it comes out naturally, like I'm not even thinking and that my fingers just type (shout out to technology because my handwriting isn't any better then my spelling). For the last few years I've walked away from writing, besides the occasional thing for work or text messages. The last few months have not been easy-breezy for me and I found my desire to write come back, but this time was different. I had all these ideas in my head, ideas that I wanted to get out, that would wake me up in the middle of the night, but when I would go to write nothing came out. I would stare at the blank page, blank word document and nothing. It was like my brain forgot how to form sentences, like I couldn't get anything out. This went on for weeks. I felt like I was losing my mind, any time I did feel motivated to write, I would get easily distracted, instagram, work emails, oooo shiny object. If your feeling "blocked" like me, take a look at these steps that helped me get my writing on...

Bullet Journal-June Layout
My bullet journal for June is in the theme of Bubble Tea. I was inspired by a creative Youtuber who posts her bullet journaling and I did use some of her theming on my own, and I also made some pages simply inspired by the theme. I am not new to bullet journaling but I never quite picked it up seriously either. I tested the waters for a bit and had decided it wasn’t for me, it felt silly. Then COVID happened and I lost all three of my jobs and went on unemployment. Fours months of being at home everyday all the time can really make a person question their sanity. So I started picking up old hobbies I had lost time for and picked journaling backup as well. I needed something to fill my time as well as a need for a creative outlet since my career is all about creativity. The first month I did was back in May and I will not be sharing any pictures from that because WOW. It sucked hardcore.

A Few Ways To Get Creative While In Quarantine.
Quarantine...Quarantine, OH how I hate you Quarantine!!... or do I? Pre-Quarantine Story March came and I was blessed enough to celebrate my birthday (yayy she's a pisces) just before lockdown. A few days after my birthday, the company I work for were kind enough to allow us to work from home if we felt it was safer to do so (due to this pandemic) before lockdown was imminent. Working from home had it's challenges (as we all know) causing a lot of lows and even facing depression for many others. I was in the "low" part for best of a week and a half until eventually I had to snap out of it and find the "new normal" in lockdown.

Start vlogging. Top Story - May 2020.
My beginning Well, I have to say starting to vlog has been a journey I planned for a long time. I am still doing my best to keep up a consistent blogging routine, but I have a difficult daily job that I have to deal with, pure labour work, so it's hard sometimes to manage a vlog, but I still do my best, I just love it.

Communication - the Lifeblood of Crisis Leadership
As I wrote in a previous piece, times of crisis can also be excellent learning opportunities. There are certain tools that rise to the forefront of a leaders's tool kit during a crisis, and the ability to effectively communicate should be the first one they reach for.

8 Simple Ways to Stay Motivated
During these unprecedented times, social distancing has become an extremely important way to "flatten the curve" of the COVID-19 pandemic. This has meant that many people who were used to a work routine that included commuting to an office (or school) have been stuck working (or studying) from home. For those people, that can destroy motivation and make simple tasks very difficult. To make things just a little easier, I have compiled a list of eight things that can help motivate you if you have found yourself in a rut.
