How to be Healthy
Life is funny. We get up we go to work, we earn money, and at the end of our lives, we die. It does not have to be that disappointing though. We can do so much more than we think we are capable of. I will be honest I am so exhausted after work that all I want to do is sit in my comfy, large spinning chair and watch Netflix or people watch from my window. However, that is not a healthy way to live life. Sure, I do enjoy it and we should do the things we enjoy right? Right. So, you might be asking me, what is the healthy thing you do that keeps you going? Well my dear audience and readers, I love to dance. I like turning up that music that sounds like trash to my parents and grooving in my room, sometimes while cleaning. I sing the lyrics out loud so much so that my next-door neighbours are shutting their windows tight. There is something fun and relaxing about moving your body to shake it up by Taylor Swift while reaching for that last spec of dust with your swifer duster. Or I like to watch choreographed videos of dance and then copying them to my best ability. I am a huge fan of Matt Steffanina Choreography because it challenges me to move more, as well as Kyle Hanagami. They are both superb choreographers and you feel cool doing the moves and not silly at all. Sure, you can dance silly if you want and get a good laugh from everyone around you, but dance makes me feel good about myself.

Why Writing Became A Chore
People always tell you that the first step is always the hardest. I do believe that this is true. Telling stories, writing about life challenges and giving others inspiration by writing is my goal but I never believed I was a good writer. I've been riddled with self-doubt for a very long time and could not put my fingers on the keyboard and let those creative juices out. I had words trapped inside my mind, screaming at me "Let me out!". I didn't listen. I ignored my passion completely and didn't do anything to get better at it. I scrolled endlessly on social media, watched Netflix and YouTube for hours, or took a nap. All of these actions didn't contribute to my writing and held me hostage. I reached my breaking point. What was I going to do about this overwhelming fear of what I loved most in the world? I would write. "Write like you're running out of time"- Hamilton

The love of creating
I have always been naturally slow to wake up in the morning. Always struggling to get out of bed, and I have always seen this as time wasted. So instead of just lying in bed fighting myself to get up, what I do is I write. I write, songs, poems, short stories, book reviews. Just as long as I am writing. This is a good way to start the day for me, so I don’t feel like I am wasting time. I just love to write. I have always wanted to be an author, and what better time than right now with this pandemic going on to practice it (Since we all have the extra time now days). I find writing so calming and easy. Writing just seems so naturally to me, the words just flow out and it is such a magical feeling. Writing in the morning also wakes up my brain in the morning and gets me motivated to do something productive. It definitely does set the tone for the rest of the day.

5 Simple Lessons On Life You Can Adopt Now
Growing up, I used to hear, "you got so much potential" - now all I hear is, "the rent due!" My uncles gave all they could to point me in the right direction - staying outside trouble. We never owned everything, yet we never lacked anything.

How to solve all your problems-
So, you typed your life question into google. Nice. Don't worry, I typed the exact title of this article into google and found zero results. Hence why I am writing down all that I know about life. Which, is really nothing, but I know a guy that knows a lot. Cue Shakespeare. No matter who you are, or where you have been, or where you want to go, life is perpetual suffering and difficulty. Joy, isn't it. But thankfully, life makes no sense, and therefore, the amount of suffering you endure is the exact amount of joy and happiness you can find in your human experience. Therefore, my friend, rejoice- for there is hope. And without further or do, let's look at three steps Shakespeare recommends when attempting to solve all your problems.

4 Simple Steps to a Perfect Early Morning – Advice from a Night Owl
I am a night owl. Well, not literally. I don’t have wings, live in a tree and swivel my head around 270 degrees. Rather, I am genetically predisposed to getting up and going to bed later than most people. My body clock is set slightly later than the average.
