The five minute workout
The motivation problem I've gotten people asking me over the years of what kind of workout they should do, and they all say they have the same problem, a lack of motivation. I believe I first heard the idea that motivation is an emotion from Jocko Willink, and I completely agree. Motivation is an emotion. There are times when motivation is high and times when it is low. Motivation is liquid. That is the case for all of us. If I only worked out when I felt like it, I would be weak and out of shape. Discipline is a far better attribute to strive for than motivation. Discipline will drive you to do something even when you don't feel like it.

Manifest Your Desires - How To Manifest Your Desires and Achieve Exactly What You Want in Life
The emergence of popular self-help books and the law of attraction as revealed in movies like 'The Secret' has inspired a lot of people to practice the manifestation of desires. Although there are others who are equally skeptical of the concept of the universal consciousness, the ones who believe in it are the ones that are reaping the maximum benefits of this knowledge.

What To Do After The Toughest Year Of Your Life
I have always been a visual person. I have a very vivid imagination but there are areas I falter in. That is what drew me to art. Making something with my own set of hands has a whole new sense of accomplishment. One of the best forms of therapy I was given was making collages. I have been doing dream and vision boards since elementary school. On that note, after the toughest year of my life it is no surprise that I break out a classic form of therapy and enlightenment.

The natural breath of writing
Writing has been in my blood since a very young age and right this moment I am practising again. Creative writing has helped me to survive the harshness of our world and the machinations of the human while also exploring the unknown and reimagining the known of all.

New Year, Same You
It's a caption as old as time, "New Year, New Me" is sprawled below every photo on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, all in the hopes of changing or reinventing ones self. Well, I'll be the first to tell you that the mantra is full of shit and you should stop using it, immediately, and I'll tell you why.

Labyrinth of the World and Paradise of the Heart
About three months ago I joined the podcast trend. Only as a listener, for now… I started to follow a young Czech lady called Kristyna. She talks about mindful self-growth, health, interior design or financial education, and relationships. I came across one of her epizode called The Labyrinth of the World and Paradise of the Heart. (It was named after a famous Czech book from John Amos Comenius).

THE GIFT'S THAT KEEPS ON GIVING ALL YEAR LONG
The best gift you can give is one from the heart. I have given many gifts on Christmas but I try to give everyone a gift that is made with love. I owned a small shop in Big Lake Alaska and had a lot of gifts that I made. I am a professional tie-dyer and gave them away as gifts to my friend and family. I also am a seamstress and have sewn many unique gifts. One of them is a Head Turbin made out of a towel to put on your head when you wash your hair. This saves on towels you have to wash. I also sewed Christmas aprons and gave them away to my friends for Christmas. These handmade gifts are a lot better than buying a gift from the store. My friends and family like them and enjoy having them than a bought gift. This year each of my friends is getting a Diamond Painting done by me. I am framing the paintings so they can hang them on the wall. I like doing paintings because it is a great thing to do to pass your time.
