Dancing Salsa With The Happiness
Happiness is beautiful and what is even better is to dance salsa with it! How nice, isn't it?

Have you ever wanted to learn to dance salsa?
If your answer is yes, I warn you that after reading this article you are going to dance wherever you are and if your answer is no, after reading this you will surely take your first steps.
Well, now you will have a good reason to start and not stop moving your feet and you cannot miss the best partner you could have to dance to this rhythm. Do you know who I mean? Happiness - obviously; it is the partner that makes you feel good at all times and sure of yourself, that accepts you exactly as you are, that does not judge you and most importantly that always makes you smile.
Happiness is beautiful and what is even better is to dance salsa with it! How nice, isn't it?
I suggest you to learn the basic steps before you start, so as to make sure that the dance will be pleasant and that you will not take away the desire of Happiness to dance with you.
How about doing it with a Colombian salsa (it is not a coincidence, it is the only one I know) which consists of 5 basic steps:
It starts with the step that gives life to salsa, its simplicity is rhythmic and calls for you to follow it.
1) El atras, atras: the step consists of one foot going backwards while the other foot stays firmly on the ground; as in your life it doesn't matter if sometimes there are moments when you go backwards, as long as you have the other foot firmly on the ground.
Now warm up your hips because the next movement will make you move from side to side.
2) El lateral: when one foot goes to the side while the other foot remains steady, from right to left or vice versa. This step in your life is presented as the movement that helps you get through difficult moments, from right to left or vice versa; the important thing is that one of the feet remains firm, because in this way it keeps you on track.
The next step takes you to one of the cradles of salsa, so your body will go forward and a little backward.
3) El cubano: it is the most known step, one foot forward and then the other one backwards; it represents those moments in life when you go forward with a family or personal project but there will always be things that make you take a little step backwards. But the important thing is that again we move with the foot forward overcoming the problems, and obviously with a good attitude.
Prepare the tip of your toes because in the next step you will use them.
4) Marcaciones: It has the rhythm of a march, each step you take is with the tip of your toes. In life you take this step when you set objectives, they are those short but sure steps that complement and give meaning to the dance to make it more colorful.
Now you will see how to join all the previous steps together and if you need so, how to change the direction of your movements.
5) Dino: It is the combination of the marcaciones with little steps on each side. Los dinos are important because they help to make a change of step; even if you have clear goals in your life, you also have to adapt to the changes needed for each goal, so as to keep the dance more fluid and be comfortable with yourself.
