HOW TO OVER COME BREAKUP
Why Breakup Pain Is So Hard : Breakup pain can be incredibly hard for several reasons. Emotional attachment: When we are in a relationship, we form an emotional attachment to our partner. This attachment can be strong, and when the relationship ends, it can be difficult to let go of that emotional connection. This can lead to feelings of sadness, loneliness, and loss. We may have shared many intimate moments, have built trust and have established a deep connection with our partner. This emotional attachment can make it hard to let go and can make the pain of the breakup feel unbearable. Sense of identity: Being in a relationship can become a large part of our identity. When a relationship ends, it can be difficult to separate ourselves from that identity and to figure out who we are without that person. We may have identified ourselves as "in a relationship" and now that we are single, it can be hard to adjust to a new identity. This can lead to feelings of confusion and uncertainty about who we are and what we want in life. Loss of plans and future: When we're in a relationship, we often make plans and dreams for the future. We may have envisioned a future together, have talked about getting married, having children, buying a house, etc. When the relationship ends, it can be difficult to let go of those plans and to come to terms with the fact that they will not come to fruition. This can lead to feelings of disappointment and sadness about the loss of what could have been. Fear of the unknown: Breakups can be scary because they represent the unknown. They can make us question our future, our ability to find love again, and our self-worth. It can be hard to let go of the safety and security of the past relationship and to move forward into the unknown. This can lead to feelings of anxiety and uncertainty about what the future holds. Social stigma: Society often view breakups as a failure, which can make it hard to cope with the pain and to be open about what we are going through. We may feel embarrassed or ashamed about the breakup and may not want to talk about it with others for fear of being judged. This can make it hard to process the emotions and to reach out for support when needed. Hormonal change: Hormones such as Oxytocin and vasopressin that are related to bonding and attachment, can decrease after the break up which can lead to physical and emotional pain. Oxytocin and vasopressin are known as the "cuddle hormone" and "pair bonding hormone" respectively, and their decrease can lead to feelings of loneliness and isolation. Additionally, the release of cortisol, the stress hormone, can be elevated after a breakup and can lead to physical symptoms such as headaches, fatigue, and changes in appetite.

Writer’s block, an imposter syndrome, or simply a lack of inspiration ?
I oftentimes wonder, why do I take such big breaks in between producing my works of written word? After all, once I actually sit down and write - a story tends to take shape and is born, sometimes within hours. I enjoy writing, it nourishes my soul, expands my mind, and there is a substantial evidence that people enjoy reading my articles - which inspires me enormously by the way. And yet, something blocks me on a regular basis. It is like I do not fully believe that what I have to offer has a significant value.

The Spiritual Gifts I Have Been Blessed With...
My Ancestors have called out to me for as long as I can remember although at first, I was not aware. Throughout my whole life in moments of sadness or anguish I have felt a warm embrace and have drifted off smoothly to sleep in moments where I believed sleep was not an option. In times of hardship, I would feel cold to the touch and the air around me would be cold no matter the season. I know now that this was my ancestor’s presence, this was the presence of all those who have passed who look after me and care for me while in their energy form.
