goals
Understanding your goals to help you achieve them.
5 ways to use this time to your advantage.
5 ways to utilize this time inside during lockdown because of "Covid 19." 1.)Use this time to consider yourself... With the fast pace society we live in today, most barely catch a breath let alone have the chance to sit and reflect before they are racing back to work for the week ahead. Use this time as if you asked for it by kicking those feet up clearing your mind and enjoying some time to allow your thoughts space to flow without trying to stop or start them. This can help you feel more connected with your own lifestyle choices and how well you feel they truly serve you. Maybe you are not happy as you once were at the job you are at, have you neglected your true nature or worse focused on financial obligations before your true obligations to that which you love such as family connection, friend's, your animals or the relationship with your spouse. Make room for what you have neglected to receive the attention and focus by making the most of the time away from work. You might be thanking heaven later for the chance given for you to remember what is important to you and why.

Reassessing Life During the Coronavirus Pandemic
Like many of you, I am quarantined at home through a safer-at-home order to curtail the COVID-19 pandemic. The news and social media have showcased stages of denial, shock, scrambling, acceptance, and integration. Like me, you may have found yourself in a continual information feed, staying up-to-date with what is happening in the world and simultaneously evaluating your own priorities. What do we do with ourselves now that our routine has been disrupted? With society on pause, we have the opportunity to go within and return to what matters.

Introduction: The Beginnings of Motivated In Life
Well, hello Vocal Media community! I joined today and thought, the best way to start my story would be to provide an introduction. I'm not much of a story writer, so hope it doesn't bore you too much nor come across as me selling my services! (I would like to do that, but I have my other channels for that, this is more for me to share knowledge, insights and experiences with you all.)

End Market Exclusivity
In this slowly dying world that we live, we humans have created a social and economic system rooted in exclusivity, exclusivity derived from the opinions, biases, and agendas of individuals (or groups or markets of individuals) claiming that they are the 'all knower's' of what the people want and of what the people don't want—of what is 'good' and of what is 'bad'—insofar said individuals become the 'key holders' to these markets, the dictators of who gets to 'make it' into the respective market, and who doesn't. Themselves clandestinely worshiping ageism and pretending to be gods with regards to their industry knowledge when they are but in-fact infants in an unimaginably young Universe.

Every Good Thing Is Counted
I've had a bit of a setback. It's very easy to sink back into old habits, especially if you're having trouble getting back to a semi-regular sleeping pattern. I found even if I had the motivation to do anything it would be too late at night to do it, particularly as I live with other people. I don't think there's an easy solution to it, other than to keep trying. I finally broke it by staying up 24 hours and then finally going to sleep at an early time, and then forcing myself to get up when my alarm went off. For a few days I was still pretty lethargic.

Choosing Life
I graduated college in the Summer of 2017. I worked hard during school, competing and winning a writing competition, trying to get the best grades I could, officer positions in a club and anything else I could do that would make me stand out on a resume.

Tools to Tackle your “Wouldn’t it be Nice” To-Do List
Do you have something you’ve been meaning to try or explore? An idea that crossed your mind and captured your attention, but you put it aside, categorized as not reasonable, not possible, or for you to do if and when you get the chance? If you made a list of all the things you’d like to accomplish or try, how long would your list be?

I am Currently Writing Two Books at the Same Time!
In 2007 I began thinking about my life as it has been and at the ripe old age of 43 I discovered that my life was a lot more... OK, a few notches above... a Harlequin Novel. Juicey stuff. Ka-Ka-KaarAAAaaaAAzzzeee stuff. It was around then that so many perils had flooded into my life. Addiction; Porn career; Gay Marriage; Music career as one of the very best drummers in the Land, sitting on my drum throne at the helm of the absolute finest RUSH Tribute Band in Canada(I kid you freaking NOT! It's TRUE and it's all over YouTube. 'Test4Echo' - look it up!).I gave up my Career in Hotel and Restaurant Management, right as I was nearing the goal of working as Management in the finest Hotel in my hometown of Victoria BC Canada - The Empress Hotel. I was a Bartender. I made a lot of money. I loved the job. But I got pulled away when THE UNIVERE decided to make my VERY FIRST BAND WORLD-FUCKING-FAMOUS... and get this- it was a freaking SPEED METAL BAND! At the time I just married two drumming styles - Neil Peart and Dave Lombardo and wha-lah! Instant progressive speedy DRUMMING perfection. (Later in life, one of the guitarists who shall not be named because we don't mention him or the band around Terry anymore...because said guitarist wrote a song. It was simply titled 'TERRY'. It was all about my sexuality.
