I Deserve It...
The warmth of the sun gently kisses my caramelized skin awakening me to a fresh new day where the possibilities are limitless. I unravel myself from the entanglement of the thousand count pure white sheets which brighten the room. It’s Friday; it’s my day.

Why I Write
I haven't been writing forever... Honestly, I've only really been serious about it for a couple of years... ok, less than a couple. In October 2019, I decided to write a novel. I published it in November 2019. And the sequel a couple of days later. Yes... days. The first one was Planning Vengeance and the second was Dig Two Graves.

Mind Over Matter - Manifesting Your Dreams
Process for Conscious Manifesting Overview: The following are guidelines for becoming an active and conscious manifester in your life. We human beings are constantly manifesting. The power to manifest is already a part of you. It is your Being. We manifest through our body, mind and soul. Our thoughts, words, and actions are our tools. We manifest in our lives that upon which we focus. Most people manifest passively and unconsciously; they are victims of how their unconscious thoughts and words manifest outcomes in their lives. It is very important for us, who want to be conscious manifesters, to become exquisitely aware of what we focus on, consciously and unconsciously, and how to directly engage our thoughts, words and actions so that we are more productively working towards creating our heart's desires. These simple steps will help you become more conscious and more directly involved in manifesting your goals and dreams. If you are a helping professional like a therapist, coach or hypnotherapist, you may facilitate your clients towards manifesting their life goals using this process, as well as use it for yourself.

Are We Stuck in Survival Mode?
I only exercise at home now I've gained fat, lost muscle due to lack of movement I have a bigger appetite I haven't shopped in the mall or any other store besides grocery store. It's harder to find reasons to leave my house I don't socialize or go to bars Constantly judging myself for not having more going on in my life My routine is scattered , harder to be productive I have anxiety and fear about my future and aging faster due to depression Lack of goals and motivation None of my clothes fit because I've had to order them on-line. I feel uncapable of meeting new people now. Don't have many friends, so isolate too much. Adult Coloring has become my hobby at 43 years old.

Creating Healthy Habits
All we do in life is of Choice or Habit. The things that are automatic and feel comfortable are of habit. When we have to make an effort and/or we are out of our comfort zone we have made a choice. Our habits can be healthy or unhealthy and can be changed at any time. All it takes is a little effort and getting comfortable with the uncomfortable.

The Inner Fight of Climb
I lay here in silence. Wondering what will come up next for the day. Circling through what to do, I feel dead inside. Unmotivated, unwilling to be happy. Struggling to find cause, unknown faculties outside my control pulls you down and you feel nothing but heavy. You are trying to hold on to what's right and what is good but you find comfort in the void.

New Year Who Dis?
Let's start off by stating the obvious..... 2021 felt a little like 2020 in the beginning. We can all agree that nothing changed. We were still "social distancing," working from home, schooling from home, and missing out on concerts and local events. Just because we flipped our calendars to a new year did not mean 2020 never existed and everything would go back to normal. However, it's been a few months, and I'm starting to see a real change. Work places are opening back up, people are eating out, and school grounds are back in session. I think it's time to really buckle down and set my goals.

Crushed Dreams
Path: the course in which a person is moving. In life we constantly find ourselves going through different phases. They can be good, bad, sad, or stressful and can take you on any number of emotional roller coasters. As human beings we try to solve and get through these challenges as best we can. Sometimes, however, these challenges are very tough and by not knowing who to ask for help or how to deal with difficult emotions, we find ourselves in unknown, dark and lonely places from which it seems there is no escape. It feels like silence but it's not really silent, it's the loudest sound you could ever hear. These past two years felt like that to me.

Decisions, Decisions.
So often decisions overwhelm us because there are multiple actions we can take, or not take. Which one is right? Which one is wrong? Which path will reflect my heart's desire? In order to see all the possible doorways of potential, we require an uncluttered view. Physical and mental clutter often piles up and before you know it, you have a huge pile filled with excuses, “should haves” “some days” “maybe tomorrow”.
