Understanding your goals to help you achieve them.
Let You, Upgrade You
Who are you? Actually, the real question is, who do you want to be? If you could imagine the perfect version of yourself, who is she? Is she quiet, loud, reserved, spontaneous, adventurous, a home body. Does she hand out love letters or refuse to take shit? Does she laugh out loud or giggle gently? Is she smart or creative? Does she sing, dance, draw, play? Does she sip wine or throw back whiskey? Does she rock holy jeans or does she prefer dresses? Can she rock like no other in heals or skip unapologetically in flip flops? Does she listen to country or blast pop? If you could create the version of yourself that would make you fall head over heals in love with every part of who you are, what aspects of yourself would you stitch together to create the perfect you?

In the Mist of It
The clean up, self aggravation in the realization I went just a tad over budget. Buyers remorse of course. Frustrated but elated, who am I? Trusted but debated back and forth. No one knows. Always asking why! Captivated wondering what were they saying? I got the jist of it, in the mist of it. Had to stop and catch my breath. I couldn’t understand what I was saying. Doubt crowds the mind, it’s time to set the tone. Living in lack, it’s a fact, no one wants to live like that. What can I give to get? What will fill this empty hole of insufficient funds? What is it going to take to break even? I can admit it’s a bit of a ruckus, low class can’t stand in their own two feet and be discreet anymore. Our poor are poorer, while John James owns the Eiffel Tower telling everyone how to be and what we need. No one can say or do a damn thing, but most can say we need a change. Some kind of peace to release this tension or inflation and without a debate, someone somewhere is talking about the same thing and can relate to history in the making. Disasters upon breaking and no one has the answers set in stone. Created chaos in the mist of it, you’re sitting alone wondering what can you do just to get by in case another disaster strikes. What amazes me is how everyone can still be so judgmental and seemingly lazy being this is the time to cry out “We need help!” Shut your mouth, do something about your situation, make it better, strive to do what you know and keep it positive, live for what you love to do and create your peace. Underneath it all give thanks for those who took the fall. After all we are in this together, so go after what you’re being called to do, send a message you’re grateful for being here another day and you will do whatever it takes to get through. Create that peace within and make amends. Chaos, terror, tradgety consuming the soul in agony all around us. Thoughts of time fading quickly, not enough or to much. Some days are long, others are just gone to fast with maybe a picture to document a memory to make it last. Still searching for a recognizable purpose, an understanding or belief that there is meaning. Told to follow scripture, but which one? Whose right and whose wrong? Arguably, everything is unknown and why do opinions matter? Why is there a consensus of people put in place to say what someone does with there life or body and bestowed upon thee disgrace or shame for what they choose? What does it matter to you and why does it consume people so much so that they dedicate precious time trying to control another’s soul? I’m continually asking questions that I know, no one else has the answers for it’s just because an orange is orange. There is no debate it is what it is, only it’s not. Everything is a point of view, perceptions with interpretations left for you to choose. How can this be, so many disagree? I imagine how I would create peace and to me it looks like minding your business, do what you do for the greater good even if you’re mis understood. Life is not a competition, no one gets out alive so just strive to keep moving towards doing what you love and keep hoping another day comes. After all we are all in the mist of it.

Why it is difficult for some people to succeed
You will have a lot of people in your life, whether it is family, friends or people online that make success look easy but many of us know that is not true. This is not an article to help you succeed. Just because someone else went into STEM and made it big, invested their money and made a lot of money or succeeded online doesn't mean you or I will. Here I will discuss a few things that I believe holds many people back.

How to trust others and gain trust yourself.
Trust is something we as human beings need to survive. We trust people to process and cook our food, to drive us, to build our homes, to be there for us, and to keep us safe. Many people do not realize the importance of trust which can lead to issues with the others around them. For some people, trusting and firmly believing people can be difficult. Sometimes people have bad experiences when it comes to trusting people. Maybe someone read something that you wanted private, like a diary, or shared your secrets. However some people just build walls around themselves because of anxiety, or stress. One thing is for sure, trust is something everyone should learn if they yearn for a happy life.

Successfully Reach Your Goal
1) Write It Down Whether you preserve your “to-do listing” in a notebook, on a calendar, or on an app in your smartphone, writing down the obligations which you want to finish is an exceptional manner to preserve your self prepared in addition to an exceptional manner to come for a greater efficiency as well. There’s actually some thing special about writing down a listing of obligations that makes someone greatly inspired to finish them and scratch them off the listing. When a to-do listing is from your head it doesn't have a fulfilling power yet. When a to-do listing is written down, it turns into a plan of action.

How To Make Adding Boundaries Into Your Life As Easy As 1-2-3!
You may have recently seen postings about my daughter being admitted to Angell Memorial Animal Hospital if you follow me on Facebook. It was really a terrifying period. Asking for encouragement from my friends has been something that has helped me a lot when terrible things are happening. I can sense it and receive it because I am so sensitive to energy, and it is very important to me at this moment.

3 Reasons Working Alone Can Kill Your Success
One of the major obstacles individuals have in reaching their goals is that they get demoralized, preoccupied, or otherwise distracted from the intended outcome. It may be quite challenging to concentrate on what needs to be done given the volume of cultural noise that most of us face nowadays. Here, I draw on my own experience. Less because I'm attempting to achieve anything than because I have actual obligations that arise, I find myself tugged in many ways.

Progress Depends on Doing the Little Things Daily
Because we don't always see progress while we work toward our Goals, it's simple to get demotivated. We want an immediate outcome or at least something that is readily apparent, but this is not the best way to consistently gauge progress. Our development sometimes has to be gauged by the everyday behaviors we do.

We Can Change The World
One of my favorite quotes is, "Be the change you wish to see in the world". ~ Mahatma Gandhi Each day I do my best to embody that quote (among many others), but we are all works-in-progress. I struggle with stress, anxiety, occasional depression; I think we all do to some point, especially after the last few years. For quite some time now, I have wanted to share my story of 'survival'. I want to share the coping mechanisms that have worked for me/helped me make it through, in hopes that I can help others deal with similar struggles.
