Fear and the Media....
Up late and couldn’t sleep so I decide to write. Note to self don’t drink a latte in the middle of the day. Good thing I don’t have to work for the next two weeks due to a virus called the Corona Virus. This is not about that but about Media and Fear. Fear is false evidence appearing real. Do you feel the Media plays on peoples’ fears? I do and I will tell you why.

Stop Listening to People...Take a Grain of Salt
As a person, I'm very passionate and I care for people's opinions. I care so deeply that there was a time when I became someone who wasn't myself in order to please everyone else. I spent so much time listening to people that I forgot what I liked as a person and became a shell of who I am. This reality plunged me into a darkness I could not get out of.

Why Millennials Shouldn't Feel Bad for Not Wanting Kids...Yet.
Let's face it, we - as Millennials - have had our fair share of wake-up calls as we've lived our adult lives. From a high cost of living, to student loan repayments, to realizing that you actually may not be able to afford the lifestyle you thought, to battling imposter syndrome and thoughts of failure. To be honest, finding your way through adulthood is a lot harder than any one of us probably could have ever imagined. I always thought I'd have a family unit in a two-story house and living the dream by now. That has not happened for me just yet. Instead, I've hit a few walls in my career path and have been forced to reroute my entire lifestyle. Well, I've recently become okay with letting go of my dream to one day have 5 children, and here are a few of the reasons why.

Big Girl Spring Break
Spring is right around the corner, bringing with it many wonderful things including: warmer weather, longer days, spring rains, and spring break. For many of our older readers Spring break brings back memories of swimming at the beach, wild days and nights partying with good friends, mistakes made, lessons learned, and so many precious memories. For others it brings back memories of being self aware of the extra pounds we gained throughout the holiday season and trying to find ways to hide the extra weight while still having a good time and keeping up with our thinner friends, hiding in pictures in which we were forced to show a little skin, and missing out on opportunities we would have otherwise jumped at and had the time of our lives participating in.for the younger readers.... I truly hope this article helps you to have more fun and make more memories than your fore mothers and fathers.

Keep going Babe
Hi! My names Morgan. I’m a 28 year old hairstylist and I’m here to tell you. Struggle happens. And it’s not biased. It happens to everyone. I’m just here to tell you it’s okay and it does get better. I know more need to hear that. I just wanted to showcase my story to show you with hard work and determination. Anything really is possible. Growing up. Things were kinda rough. We had stuff but not the nicest but we were fine. We had a roof, we had food, we had family. As I got older, I realized part of my family wasn’t completely about my best interest. Essentially didn’t want me doing better than them and I had to get away from that. So here I was, my boyfriend, myself, our 2 year old daughter, and our dog. We needed to get out on our own so we could have a good life and make an even better one for our daughter. We thought we were going to be homeless for a little bit but someone stepped in to help us out before we finally found our own house. I thought I could finally breathe. I could laugh at myself now for ever thinking that. Financial issues hit. Big ones. Business was slow at work so my paychecks weren’t what I was used to. Then all the end of the year bills started piling in. I was drowning. Didn’t have enough money for anything. Bank account always overdrawn. It’s really hard. Especially with a little one. Everything makes you feel guilty. So I talked to my boss. She helped me make up a plan on what I need to do. I’ve been busting my butt getting more clients at work. I picked up side jobs here and there. And yes. You might be tired. But a good nights sleep is all you need. Just do it. You can relax later. It gets easier. Especially when you see your own growth. (In this case, more money) I’m definitely not out of the woods yet but I can see the light. And I’m okay with being tired. It happens. It’s not a bad problem to have. But just a few short months ago I just wanted to quit and give up on everything thinking I’ll never get out of this. Get your head out of there girl. You don’t belong there. Truly believe you can do it and I promise you can. Nothing is bad forever. You are never not going to have problems in life. Literally never. You just have to decide which problems your okay with having. To me. Being tired isn’t that big of a deal. I can relax when I go to sleep. Not getting a lot of time to go out isn’t a big deal. I’ll get days off and extra money later if I push myself now. “Live like nobody does now, so you can live like everybody does later” best quote I ever read in a book. Grind, hustle, be your own friend if you have to. You’ll feel so much better about yourself in the long run.

Awakening the Soul
Self Love 2 Awaken your Soul Hello my beautiful souls! I hope that each and everyone of you are doing well this week. I thought I would write a weekly blog on self love improvement. Something I think that everyone can use now and again to remind us of all the beauty and love that we have inside us, that can unlock beautiful new beginnings, and adventures once we discover them. It can help us grow and share wonderful new insight for everyone else around us to experience as well. It’s a bit like an energy boost. It’s better than any social event you might attend. The love and joy other people will see in you is just the beginning of this journey that you will be discovering. When love and joy are present it’s like a contagious effect on others as well. They will want to know how your life is so wonderful all the time. Before your know it they will be trying to mimic what you have with you too. There’s no bigger complement when someone wants to follow in your footsteps. Self love is all about discovering your true inner self. You will find that once you start discovering it you will like the new you better than the old one. Life is but a journey that we take in this short time we have here on earth. It’s better to enjoy the process by knowing the inner self more deeply. I would like to take you on a journey with me of awakening your true inner self. First, I would like you to practice something very simple with me for this next week, and see how you feel after doing it. Start every morning for the next seven days, when you wake up, in bed by raising your arms above your head, then stretch your arms and legs. Next put your hands down by your sides. Before you sit up lay there and begin to practice deep breathing for 60 seconds through your nose only. Second take a very deep breath in through your nose and hold it for 30 seconds, then breath out deeply through your mouth. Then, rub your hands together and place them at center of chest in a prayer pose. Take a deep breath in and as you exhale create a vibration with the OM sound. Next lay there for 30 seconds and notice how much better you feel. Then as you begin to get out of bed, keep only positive thought in your mind. As you begin to get out in your busy day. begin to acknowledge people in a positive way. Greet them with a smile and positive words. Try to remain this way throughout your day. Try to practice deep breathing throughout your day even if you are sitting at your desk. driving, or walking around. You can also practice on your lunch time or if you get up to use the restroom during the day. Use any opportunity to throughout your day to breath and clear the energy from events or situations during the day. This helps balance your energy. Then before you go to bed do the same ritual as you did in the morning. Begin to notice how much better you feel. Each day will become better than the next. You will not only feel better but you will breath, sleep, and live better, the new you is just waiting for you to give it a nudge and show the world what you have to offer it. Until next week.

Sadness is an essential key to happiness.
Life is regularly, irregular, and although that is a contradiction in itself – it is one thing you can always count on. No one person is happy all the time, and if the world was constantly one big ball of happiness, fuck it would be boring.

5 Benefits of Taking an Extended Time Off
There are multiple benefits to taking time off to travel, discover new ambitions, or enhance your own sense of being in order to prepare for the next stages of your life. The concept of taking an extended time off from school or work has become progressively more popular and more widely acceptable in the past five to ten years. Increasingly, many new high school graduates, college students, and professionals are allowing themselves time between significant life changes for multiple various reasons. Recent studies show that there are many benefits to deferring important pivotal transitions in life. This usually occurs between two major life events such as after high school graduation and before college, between undergraduate school and graduate school, or after an extensive work project has been completed. It doesn’t necessarily need to be a full year; it can be three to six months or just a semester, depending on the situation and resources available. Many people these days can attest that simply stepping back from your current life path is a great way to refocus your energy and drive towards your overall self-development, career goals or professional paths.

Why is it so easy to stop feeling motivated ?
The main reason for losing motivation will be distractions. Distractions will arise every day, it may be something as simple as a friend asking you to go out to the pub. Now for most people that’s not a problem, but if you have goals to achieve and targets to meet then going to the boozer in your free time isn’t going to help you. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t go out and have fun, just make sure you’re grinding whenever you have the chance.
