Mental Health in the VSS Issue 1
"Call Me Les" can feel like a juggernaut at times; I'm truly grateful for those who are and have always been in my corner. Haters gonna hate and between grief and being bipolar, I'm no T-Swift at "Shakin' It Off". There have been a lot of changes going on, not least of all the departure of my beloved friend and creative partner much too soon. Many of you know I've been meaning to take a small break and focus on myself, my writing and the magazine. But that's easier said than done; loose ends need to be wrapped up, delegation needs organizing etc. I'd like to take a moment to give a massive shout-out to my fellow admins, our moderators and members who have been pulling together. VSS and Great Incantations gain new members every day; each of you is unique and valued by your admins and I have to believe that so many positive vibes in one place can't help but be a light in the world.

How To Handle Your IRS Audit Appeals?
Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Audits are conducted for several reasons, including, but not limited to, assessing if the taxpayer's back taxes were paid in full, determining if the tax debt was wrongly charged, collecting overdue taxes, and more. The internal revenue service (IRS) also administers the tax laws, including sections 910 and 925. The IRS conducts many internal controls and reports to the U.S. Congress and the American Taxpayers regarding how taxpayer money is being used. The tax code is very complex and is subject to interpretation by numerous different branches of the government and taxing agencies. The task of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is to interpret the tax code as clearly and consistently as possible so that all taxable activity under the code is correctly reported on income tax returns and eventually reported in the tax refunds of every citizen who has filed an income tax return.

How To Quickly Find Solutions To Unsolvable Problems
One of these companies once brought in a special person. He looked at the situation, thought about it, and suggested: “Beginning next month, release brochures in a new format. They should be smaller but thicker than they are now.“ He said and left, having received a fee.

Why You Should Embrace Adversity Whenever it Pops Up
“The brick walls are there for a reason. The brick walls are not there to keep us out. The brick walls are there to give us a chance to show how badly we want something. Because the brick walls are there to stop the people who don’t want it badly enough. They’re there to stop the other people.”—Randy Pausch

HOW TO REINVENT YOURSELF
"If you are not where you want to be, do not quit, instead reinvent yourself and change your habits." -- Eric Thomas Yes, you can not change the world, change yourself. Life means moving on, not to be stagnant. Stagnation in life means ruin of life. So, keep going on. Don't stop at hurdles. Accept them as challenges set for you by God. Overcome them with courage and patience and you will be a winner. Fortune favours the brave. You will find yourself better than before, a better version of yourself. You just need to be positive in your thinking. Learn to turn your weaknesses into strengths. Remove the barriers to productivity.

Why You Should Stop Procrastinating on Small Tasks
We all from time to time run into tasks that we don’t attend to promptly. It’s ironic how human psychology works, but people tend to procrastinate on smaller tasks rather than bigger tasks. However, minor tasks, when tossed aside, can eventually blow up into big tasks.
