3. Impressions are gained in a fluid, global, diffused way
Every new experience, good or bad, challenges you to think. Experiment with new dishes. Travel! Every trip is a ton of emotions and, consequently, thoughts. The study of any culture and immersion in it significantly expands the spectrum of your feelings and activates the thought processes.
4. Form an opinion based on the right facts
It's one thing to form an opinion based on emotions, feelings, and it's another thing to think based on facts. Talk to people, do research, do your best to get reliable information. The easiest way to do this is to start simple. Each time you start forming your opinion, answer these two simple questions:
How do I know this is true?
What facts confirm my opinion?
5. Get ideas from the outside
Reading different sources on different topics is another great way to start thinking differently. Choose a magazine or book at random. Try to form an opinion about what you read.

The group should be about 6 people. Then divide the group into 2 smaller groups. One should speak in favor of the subject, and the other against it. Give each person 3 minutes to talk.
After everyone has spoken, allow each other to ask questions and support each other's views. This kind of friendly event helps not only to form an opinion but also to give a convincing and concise expression.
7. Look at everything in terms of objectivity
As much as we would like to believe that our opinion is correct and logical and that we are never wrong, it is not so. We look at the world subjectively, through our experience, our education, our perception,n and our vision of the world.
