How I turned my life around

Coming from a troubled back-round to turning my life around and how I came to achieving my goals

Rather skip to the part where I turned my life around than go through what I been through just trust me when I say I’ve had my fare share. As a lot of us have done it started with me just wonting to change having it in the mind set but nothing really happening I couldn’t tell why as I thought I was trying my hardest and I was trying but that was to just get through the days as suffer with mentle health so first of all is knowing when some time you might need abit of help that was abit hard for me as I’ve always helped myself and struggle through alone and that’s how I felt comfortable but is never a bad thing to ask for abit of help so I did meny of times I never got anywhere and the frustration was overwhelming but then I did come across the right path and within 3 month I now no we starting some think that’s proper along the lines of mentle health help how ever that don’t fix things just like going to the gp getting medication won’t just stop the issues or help if you not doing the right things to go forward and this took a long time for me to figure out that I need to engage in things such as now going to art groups helps out at shelters all little things because I kept jumping back into full time work I’m a chef but was not the healthy thing to do start training yourself as if you are back at school start of slow do 1 thing a week then go to more and more but if you need medication and not doing proactive things along side it you may find things get worst or stay the same eventually if you find the right path you find the help that point you in the right direction for you is important you engage in things if don’t have a education go to collage twice a week make self feel good by doing little things each week but no matter how bad or good you feel keep the small pace maintained so you get stable then I would still take it easy

When going into work start part time of you can let yourself build up to a full time for me this was not a option as I have bills to pay so I started of on easy stress free jobs litter picker out side in the fresh air or warehouse but a easy roll like picking and packing then move on to a job that you are passionate about I’m a chef but love garden work aswel so trying abit of both and seeing where I won’t my carer to land if you are at the stage and you can follow these steps I believe you will achieve your goals it can take meny try’s and even think that your ready when deep down you are not be patient stick at it and the good times will follow I tell myself this everyday and for year not a thing change I’m lucky as I got abit more help but there meny of you with none and still trying to push forward as I was at one point just keep them goals in back of your mind no matter how hard it gets and how long it takes it will happen I hope this helps in any way it can and wish you all the best in changing your life style no matter what it may be big or small couple steps I found useful are

Step 1

Acknowledge

No that there is a issue (if there is) a lot of the time people don’t no the real state of the issue and brush it of say it’s not that bad or it’s ok when really deep down it’s a lot worst than thaey first thought them self

Step 2

Address

Talk about your issue get it in the open any way you can not to get help as such but if can grate but it will help the process just no what ever it may be you are not alone in it some were some one is feeling the same way you are

Step 3

Work

Work through what you think may help change make list it help to write it down I’ve wrote down meny meny times before I new what I really needed to do

Step 4

Proactive

This stage get up do any think at all no matter the big or the small but do some think anythink maintain it then add or take away things but be proactive

Step 5

Stable

Maintain a stable balance of a healthy lifestyle you have manage to achieve don’t do to much but don’t do nothing just stay stable and stay at this stage for how ever long you feel you need to be then you can move forward into the new life you would have now manage to build for yourself

You might find your self going back even getting worst but if you keep these things in the back of your mind and keep picking yourself up one day your find you just achieve the goals you set out and times will get better you could be in grief and not no it things need to take its natural course of time to heal some take a lot longer than others but do try keep focus on your goals I no how hard that can be and how easy it is to just put your head in the sand and forget what ballshit goes on around you but in real this would just build up your issues over the years they don’t go away they just get thrown under the carpet to come back another day e.g debts just keep going higher when do get back to sence of normal it abit that bit tuffer to get fully recovered remember there are meny meny stage this is just the brack down part that I thought helped me a long time I never new why things wouldn’t change even though I put all my effort into them but do keep working I now no my life is just starting and I honestly thought my best days were well and truely behind me things can always change just have the mind set for change and avoid the people that bring you down a lot of the time if you doing good but your best mate has issues you can not deal with yourself and them take a long hard step back if they are a true friend they will understand then come back to them to help them when you truely can because you can’t help some one when you need help your self the best thing you can do is do you and focus on that when you are in a better place your be able to see how much you effect other people to change aswel but if not don’t worrie keep distance and see them when and if can the main thing is you are in that place in life that you won’t to be nuthink is too hard if you keep trying you can achieve things little steps at a time then the walls that fill like they are stopping you will just fall down this is my first vocal I was thinking about doing more maybe a life story or more talks I also can full documentary just looking to see what people would be interest in reading about meny thanks for taking the time to read I hope was not too boring thanks again and good luck to you all best wishes.

Ps there are always local community help in any local community all over the United Kingdom at year 2020 a lot of things are notice they are just not known about an not exactly sign posted so just go down to any council or local community hall and your be able to find out different information each week for the things that are going on in your area if need that extra bit of help do not hesitate to ask at your council they can point you in so meny different paths so if one don’t work for you have a talk about what else may be available in your area I promise no matter where you are there are things available to you or you are more than welcome to contact me and I will try my best to do the digging on your behalf
