We were all there, staying up until morning, sleeping only 10+ hours pleading in the afternoon and being found back. To become a student, I had to change my routine of sleeping to fit in with my schoolwork. I had to be a man of the morning and night. when I started university I had many classes of night classes, I had no morning classes, and that I found that I often did my best work at night. I had no work so I always slept when needed. The second year comes with the fact that I have an 8:30 AM phase and that I usually start work at 7:00 am on some days. I also welcome cats who enjoy waking me up early to beg for food. I’ll tell you how I did it, how I became a morning man ... and I wouldn’t wear a BS “morning workout” because not everyone wants to encourage and exercise.

1. waking up early and before ...

Don't start getting up at 6 in the morning. Set alarms slightly on and off. If you wake up every 1 hour, try setting your alarm at 12:30 or 12 p.m. it’s a slow process, but it’s very grateful to make it work.

Go to bed early ...

If you plan to wake up half an hour earlier, go to bed half an hour earlier. If you do not get enough sleep, try a sound machine, melatonin tablets, or a good bathtub. Herbal teas, baths, and soft music can do wonders to help you decide. So is milk.

3. wake up with your favorite drink ...

Drinking and / or eating your favorite food in the morning can give you a reason to need encouragement and make early waking up more enjoyable. If you actually like mochas, drink one when you are awake. you will not be upset if you wake up in the morning.

4 a. Bathing or showering ...

Take a reliable, warm or cold shower, water will wake you up. Same with bathing. it will leave you refreshed and feel comfortable and clean. Whether you wash your hair in the dark or do not wash your hair a day you will wash your body. Rub your body, take off your clothes, shave. Make your skin feel beautiful and soft. I swear it will help. you will feel able to start the day.

4 b. Full face ...

Give yourself a full face wash. Wash, remove excess - once a week, twice a week. Use toner, lotion, and sunscreen. If you feel more crazy, use facial serum and find out how to give yourself a face. it will make you feel refreshed and ready for the day ahead.

Wear nice clothes ...

I know you'll want to wear nice clothes, but you don't want to. Wearing nice clothes will make you not want to sleep. it will make you feel confident and happy, and it will make you want to go out and do THINGS.

6. Do your hair and / or makeup ...

Making yourself look good will give you the pride you would like to inspire to see people.

7. Do what you long for ...

Go to the gym, choose to swim, go swimming, paint, write, have fun and watch Netflix. Do something fun to build a meaningful and enjoyable morning. Personally, I watch Netflix and play with my cats. Do what pleases you and you will not hate it too early in the morning.

8. Caffeine, caffeine, caffeine!

Just do it. Drink. Eat it. I don't care. it is necessary.

9. Know that it will not happen immediately.

This will take time. It completely changes your sleep plan. it will take a short time but you will roll over the river. If you don't have time ... I'm sorry ... I can't help you.
