My name is Money Choc and I’m from Jersey city NJ.
Why do you love what you do?
I love making music because of the impact that I have on others. it started as therapy for the way I was living growing up then I fell in love with the art , the journey and creative side of it now I have a big enough influence where I just want to lead the youth and anyone looking for guidance in the right direction with my music.
What makes you different?
What makes me different then others with my music is I’m not 1 dimensional I’m versatile with my approach 1 song could be drill the next could be a love song the next could be trap melodic and so on. It’s just something about my aura that my fans gravitate towards when listening to me, it’s real, it’s authentic and I motivate you to want to get up and get some money. I’m probably 5 artists in 1 body.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
In 5 years I see myself putting other dope artists in position, billions of streams, billboard hits, changing lives around me for real. Of course I want mansions, private jets, and yachts but I know I have to focus on having a lot of assets so that I could allocate enough money for those things. Besides the music I need me 6 thousand homes like Robert Kiyosaki.
What do you want to accomplish in life?
I want to be wealthy. I want to spread wealth to my family, my friends, and my peers. I want to put better stores and playgrounds in my neighborhood i want to help thousands of people get employed as well as be their own boss. If I could do it we all can.
What do you bring to your industry?
I bring a whole diff sound to the industry real vibey music I call it timeless music because it don’t matter what time it is what mood you in you can play some MoneyChoc and it’s going to be a Bop you’ll feel a vibe you never felt before
What do you want to be remembered by?
I want to be remembered as the 1 of the greatest rap artists of this generation. Also the 1 who turned nothing to something, the one who wasn’t chosen but still put the work in and made a way. I want to be a staple for the children not only in my state but all around the world who didn’t have it easy. I want people to understand “bro was just like me and he hustled hard now he brought his mom and his pops a house.” I also want to be remembered for spreading love never hating on anybody never upset when someone else win and I don’t I just waited my turn and took off. Most of all I want to be remembered for creating generational wealth because we came from nothing and to be rich forever is the dream. Growing up in poverty a lot of things i saw was normal to me because i was not taught how to manage money right. It was a generational curse that motivated me to break the chains and learn how to generate income making music. I even started my own Record label “GzzWorld Records.” It’s not enough to just be handed money but to be educated on what to do with it, teaching those around me financial literacy, and giving opportunities is more important to me then any award I could ever receive. I will go down in history for sure.
