What’s your name and where are you from?

My government name is Michael Jansky, and my artist name/company name is Lethal Slime. Lethal Slime is a digital creation company, with a focus on music videos. I am originally from Tucson, Arizona but I currently reside in Seattle, Washington. My main platforms are my Youtube: Lethal Slime and my instagram @lethal.slime. I have worked in the music industry for about two years making over 60 music videos. My main focus is Hip-Hop/Rap.

Hitting 100k views on the Justus Oldsport music video, 6021: Space Odyssey, was the first major achievement for Lethal Slime.

I have spent the last year building a network in Seattle that will eventually become mainstream Hip Hop. I am currently managed by Audio Cien, and am affiliated with the To Da Bank music label.

My current favorite artists to work with and listen to are: 03 Amos, and BillboardBilly.

My favorite music video that I have made is Billboardbilly: Flex.

Why do you love what you do?

I love to make music videos because I am able to use my platform to educate the public of the struggles and stories of the streets. I believe that the purpose of Hip Hop is to express your conditions around you and how you feel about them. I would like to preserve the authenticity of Hip Hop.

What makes you different?

My style of editing and filmography is very unique. I have spent countless hours perfecting a clean cinematic look with captivating visual effects. Also, I have traveled around the world learning different techniques to master my style.

I am not in the music industry for money or fame. Rather, my sole focus is making sure that I help as many individuals affected by the system to spread their stories.

My work ethic and ability to make meaningful connections is second to none.

My main inspirations for music videos are Dotcomnirvan, Lyrical Lemonade and Noahsocold.

I am a student at a university which brings an academic perspective to the issues that my team and I face. I have access to both the academic world and the “streets” which is quite unique.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

I see myself as a household name in the music industry. It has always been a dream of mine to shoot a music video for Babytron.

I plan to be consistent on Youtube for at least the next five years.

I believe that my videos are true masterpieces and will age like fine wine.

I plan on being an independent entity that is not signed to a music label.

What do you want to accomplish in life?

I want to make a tangible impact within the mindsets of individuals. I plan to make the world more aware of the systemic issues that this country faces.

What do you bring to your industry?

I am one of the most consistent YouTubers. I upload at least one music video a week. My turnaround time for music videos is as quick as one day. My prices are also extremely affordable for people from all walks of life.

What do you want to be remembered by?

I want to be remembered as someone who dedicated all their time and efforts in the purpose of spreading key stories and messages that need to be shared and are currently suppressed.

Goals for 2023?

I plan on traveling to New York at least once. My main goal is to make at least fifty music videos by the end of the year. I also plan on shooting for at least one “mainstream” artist.
