Every day we get up in the attempt to improve our lives, in order to achieve greater things or to work hard towards our goals, but there are days we question our existence, days in which we want to hide in a corner and days that we never want to remember. What happens when those days come? What happens when all we want is to end our suffering? We have no one to go to, no one to talk to, what do we do?

Life is never easy. Everyone is fighting their own battle. Each individual, whether happy, upset or even excited has been through or is going through their share of problems. Life is not a smooth ride and we need to embrace every little thing that happens to us. We fear what will happen next and forget to enjoy our today. We wonder if we will achieve that goal while sitting at the party surrounded by friends. We worry and it is not wrong to worry, but most of us enter the circle of anxiety, where everywhere we go we only worry. It is a vicious cycle of relaxing and then remembering we have a deadline or a goal or anything that needs our attention and in that moment, we lose that one minute of peace we were so close to getting.

The question remains of how to overcome the anxiety we feel that one day. Well, the answer relies with us. How? Well, close your eyes for a minute and think of the happiest moment of your life.

Done? Well now take a deep breath and think why was that the happiest moment of your life? Okay, now think about how that one moment that was so happy never came again?

The answer is simple because we worry about what is next so much that we forget that where we are. Right now is actually another happy moment we are missing. When you are depressed and have the urge to kill yourself, think about one happy moment, one moment you smiled and laughed like never before and believe that there will be more times like that.

With every hardship there comes ease. Everything happens for the best and everything happens for a reason. Don't dwell on the problems, think of the solution. You are bullied at school? Tell the teacher. Do you still get bullied? Well, stand up for yourself. Your family is scattered? Well, find someone who you want to be your family. Make them sit down and explain to them how you want a family that is together and happy. Solve the problems with them.

There is a solution to every problem, all you have to do is just try.
