The Face in the Mirror
I honestly don’t know when it happened or why; it just did. One day, one morning, I woke to a reflection that wasn’t mine. Not the way I used to be, not the way I remembered. What happened to the years? How did the kids grow up while I was watching? Time is so fleeting; the years come upon us so fast. Those long days of my youth seem like moments in this stage of my life. I find it amusing now when I fondle the thoughts of my past; how could I even anticipate the thought of living forever. Knowing that we are born into a world, knowing that we will one day die.

Millennial Mindset Coach, Kendra Jones, Shares 3 Lessons She Learned After Battling Depression
I remember it like it was yesterday. Sitting in my living room, snuggled under my favorite blanket, tears rolling down my face, trying to understand how I went from living my best life to barely holding on to life. What had started out as a year filled with consecutive wins quickly turned into the year from hell. I had lost so much that I wasn’t sure if I had what it took to build it back up again. So what did I do? I hid in the face of adversity.

Moving Forward
So here we are. It was quite some time ago I wrote an article saying how I was going to try to do this—write more. In that time I wrote one (other) article. Trying to find your footing as an adult is hard. I recently graduated university, left an unhealthy relationship, and started doing the creative things I felt like doing. A part of the leap I took was understanding that when you leap, you fall. But you have to absolutely, pick yourself up again.

Where to Begin
Hey everyone. The hardest thing when starting something new is where on earth to begin? My new aim in life is to help others to deal with tough times in their lives and uplift them in any way I can. So the best place to begin is to explain how I came to this idea.

Acid Box Meaning . Top Story - September 2019.
Hello, I am Anti Clvtch. It's nice of you guys to drop by. I am an artist and brand owner, my Instagram is @anti.clvtch. If you would like to check out my page and watch my journey feel free to follow and keep tabs on the page. Now this acid box used to just be some complete and utter accident that I made the first day I decided to do a collage art-style, which is basically finding a bunch of pictures and making them come together to form something completely different or completely random. I choose to make it look psychedelic and trippy because I like making art that makes people just say "WTF" out loud.

Send Me on My Way
Whenever I start something like this, my mind reels on what I should even write about, how it should be written... I could go on, talk about how I'm trying to navigate my abysmal brain through the clouds of chaos... again there's many ways I could have started this off. I want to talk about what brewed it, the thunder, the lightning. It's funny to think that the latter actually comes before the former. Then again, in life, we don't always see what's coming. We hear it in our heads: our greatest fears. What we don't realize is, when we let them consume us, that is when they strike. It's troubling for me to even write about this because I haven't fully realized it myself yet. Those clouds become bigger when we're afraid of what we cannot control. The storm in my head, you must be wondering? It's raging more than it ever has. From within, down to my fingers, onto these keys, in front of my eyes... it drains from me all that needs to be, and lets the sun in. As I say this, the sun illuminates the world outside my window. It's a state of mind we all wish we had, but no one is free from the storms that life creates. It's a struggle for me to get these words out, but I already told you that. Maybe I'm too nervous, thinking my voice won't be heard, or at least not in the right way. It might not be satisfying for me, but isn't that the snake-eating-its-tail all writers face? Facing it. That's what I'm doing right now. So enough being scatterbrained... here goes nothing (that has many meanings to me right now, but maybe I'll go into that later).

How to Motivate Yourself on "Off" Days
Lack of motivation is so common, and we all experience it at some point in our lives. We can go from 100 to 0 in the matter of seconds, and let’s face it, it’s so much easier to sit and watch Netflix instead of doing anything productive (that’s how I have spent my morning… whoops). Here’s the thing though, sometimes a rest is good, however if that’s all you’re doing then you won’t get anything done, and will feel like you’ve wasted your time. We all have off days, but the most successful people still find a way to work on them, below are my top tips to motivating yourself on an off day.
