"Journey to the Sky"

Importance of Dreams

By Rohan AgnihotriPublished 3 years ago 3 min read

Many years ago, there lived a boy in a small village. His name was Rahul. Rahul was a normal boy, but had unusual dreams. He always looked up to the sky and thought. He had a big dream in his mind - to fly in the sky.

Rahul's studies were also slow, he did not like that he had to read books and go to school. His parents did not understand his plan and always told him that he should lead a normal life.

One day, when Rahul was walking in the forest near the village, he saw a wonderful landscape. A wonderful flying plane was flying in the sky. His eyes sparkled and his heart swelled with excitement. He ran to the plane to have a look and was prepared to do whatever it took to see it.

Rahul told his parents about that plane, but they ignored him. He said that such things go on in the minds of children and in the real world one remains determined to do true and righteous deeds.

Rahul got disappointed, but he never gave up on his dream. He started preparing for his new journey. He started reading and learning more and more about the sky. He learned everything about sky planes, flights and clouds.

One day, he read in an old book that a Martian was trying to approach the satellite. Rahul decided in his heart that he too wanted to become a Mangal Yatri.

Rahul worked hard and despite many attempts, he managed to build a plane to make a special trip. The plane was the first to take off, but Rahul decided to inform his parents before starting his journey.

Rahul's parents were shocked and worried. They were concerned about his safety and tried to stop him. But Rahul asks his parents to calm his faith in the growing fire of his dream.

Eventually, his respect was accepted and Rahul started preparing for his journey. He was looking forward to boarding a plane and flying in the sky.

The journey has begun. Rahul's heartbeat was getting faster as he was rising higher in the sky. He was enjoying the moment as he looked down at the scenery of his village and the entire country. It was a beautiful sight which he would store in his eyes forever.

Rahul's journey lasted for days. He enjoyed innumerable celestial scenes, watched sunsets and lost in the glow of the stars. He was experiencing soul-searching in a new environment.

Finally, Rahul returned back to his village. His journey was over, but his soul was now separated from him. He had become a new role model, a boy who could make dreams come true. Rahul was realizing the revitalizing power of his dreams and he was teaching everyone that chasing dreams is important.

He had now become a motivator, a transmissibility of dreams. Rahul's sky-high journey showed him that no dream can be limited, and can touch the heights leaving the limits. He was ready to arouse and inspire, and he's always ready for his next trip.
