Journaling for Success // Prompts for Beginners
Journaling can improve your well being and greatly impact the success of your goals and achievements. How do you beginning journaling and use it as a tool for your success?

Journaling can change the trajectory of where you are headed, and quickly propel you towards your dreams, goals, and ambitions. If you are new to journaling or wanting some fresh inspiration, you are right where you need to be. Take a moment right now to inhale deeply through your nose, and exhale a sigh of presence through your mouth.
Excellent work on taking the first step towards making your dreams a reality. You are full of creative potential and through journaling you are going to begin taking meaningful steps in the direction towards your beautiful and purposeful future.
Before beginning, dedicate a specific notebook, (perhaps a favorite pen), time, and place for your ritual of journaling. Setting a regular time and creating a cozy environment (think blankets, a candle, a hot beverage) can make this time more comfortable and special for you.
Now that you've dedicated time, space and yourself, let's begin with our prompts. You can choose to answer these prompts every day, or use them as a guide to begin creating your own questions.
1) What am I thankful for in my life right now?
2) What do I hope to feel like as I move throughout my day today? Get creative! Maybe you want to feel graceful and strong with all of your actions. Perhaps you want to feel like a focused and powerful person who makes meaningful contributions with their work. Maybe you want to feel like you are a fun, sexy, goddess. All of it amazing! Don't be afraid of what you want.
3) What are three things I want to accomplish today? Three things I want to accomplish this week? Three things I want to accomplish this month? And three things I want to accomplish this year. - This one give you a great gauge for our small and large goals and gives you a check-in to see, are your small goals supporting your big goals?
4) What is one way I can celebrate today? This could be lighting a candle and taking a bath to celebrate your body for all it has helped you accomplish today. Maybe it's cooking a meal for a loved one to celebrate friendship. What ways are you celebrating life everyday?
5) When have I felt happiest and most in my element recently?
6) What parts of myself have I been dimming lately? Do I know why?
7) What is one small thing I can do today that will make me feel expressive of my true self?
8) Are there ways I used to express myself that I long for now? Can I still express that?
9) In a world of possibilities where nothing everything is possible what would I build?
10) What is the next thing I want to do when I close my journal?
