I Guess I Will Start
It really just takes consistent action.

Always contemplating when I would start. Sharing content, sharing blogs or quotes, showing off my photos or videos, sharing things that I learned and felt needed to be more common knowledge. So what better way to do that than to start doing something.
Starting something new can seem a daunting challenge. The fear of the unknown, the fear of failure, and the fear of being judged, the fear of not being good enough can often hold us back from taking that first step. I know these are just some of the things that have held me back over the years. However, no matter how much we claim to know it, taking action is the key to making progress towards our goals and achieving success. So why do so many of us choose not to or become overwhelmed at the thought of just taking those first steps? Because none of us truly know where those steps might lead. I look internally to explore some of the reasons people procrastinate, the power of taking action, and the positive outcomes that can come from simply getting started.
I feel one of the biggest reasons people procrastinate is fear. The fear of failure is a common reason why many people put off starting something new. However, it’s important to remember that failure is often a necessary part of the learning process. Failure teaches us valuable lessons, helps us grow, and prepares us for future success.
Another reason people procrastinate could be a lack of motivation or direction. Sometimes the task of starting something new can feel overwhelming, and it’s easy to get lost in the planning and preparation phase. Where do we start? What do we do? Just some questions that I’m sure we’ve all asked ourselves or heard someone bring up before. However, taking small, actionable steps can help us build momentum and gain confidence. Break down the task into smaller, more manageable steps and celebrate your progress along the way.

Embrace your call to action and let go of your worries, doubts, and judgement for it is through persistent effort that success is achieved. The world around you reacts more when you put things in play. Channel your inner spirit to conquer obstacles and create innovative solutions. Stay true to your vision, learn from setbacks, and adapt to changes as you strive to make a lasting impact. As you come to times that feel challenging just know you are not alone and this will not be the only time you take this road.
Finally, taking action is the most important part of starting something new. Often, the hardest part is simply taking that first step. Don’t worry about having everything figured out. Just start with what you know, and you’ll figure out the rest along the way. Some will tell you that’s not a great plan, but those may be the same people that have been planning to do something as long as you can recall them ever having an idea. No knock to them or their ideas but planning can only get you so far before you need to start taking action to see what results can be created. Remember, good things often come to those who are willing to take risks and put themselves out there.

Starting something new can be a scary and daunting task. However, the power of taking action can lead to amazing results. Don’t let fear or lack of motivation hold you back from achieving your goals. Embrace the fear, break down the task into manageable steps, and take that first step towards success. As my new saying goes, “I guess I will start” may just be the beginning of something great.
