So make a habit to climb the stairs at least once a day. This will strengthen your leg muscles and overall your body. - Limit the consumption of alcohol. Do not have binge drinking or else the above-mentioned point is not applicable to you.
- Try to have a heavy meal for breakfast, medium for lunch, and lighter for dinner. Also, try to have all these meals on time. It was said that you should finish your breakfast before 9, lunch before 1, and dinner before 8 pm.
- Add salad more often with your food.
