How to Keep Going When You Feel Like Quitting
Positive Mind To Change Your Life

When You Feel Like Quitting, Here's How to Keep Going.
Successful people have a remarkable ability to persevere when most others would give up. If you want to be successful, you must be able to work even when you want to give up. Regardless of how strong the desire to quit grows, learn how to continue making progress.
Take a look at why you want to leave in the first place:
First, you are exhausted. Running out of energy is not merely an excuse to call it a day after a long-distance race. Another prevalent cause for giving up on other endeavors is this. You can be exhausted physically or mentally.
To help counteract your exhaustion:
* Get a good night's sleep.
*Better Time Management
* Streamline your daily routines and activities.
*Make healthy dietary choices and
*learn to de-stress.
2. You are lacking concentration. Distractions can lead to a desire to give up. Possibly you are juggling too many projects at once. It is possible for some persons to handle greater responsibilities than others. Make a list of the most important things you want to do and focus on those.
3. Is there a compelling reason for you to continue on this journey? Because it is what you want to accomplish in the first place.
Encourage yourself by reiterating the reasons for your perseverance. Perhaps the best way to motivate yourself is to set a positive example for your kids. It is possible that self-respect is the most significant issue. Keep on because you have a solid reason.
Take time to reflect on the reasons you are tempted to give up. Quitting is a normal reaction. And the majority of people agree with this statement. When things go tough, only a few people are able to hang in there. The only thing left to do is to keep putting one foot in front of the other until the job is complete.
Do not give up even when you want to:
The first step is to revisit your original goal. Is it sufficient motivation? The only way to get around this is to come up with a new one. If you can not think of one, it may be a hint that you need to do something else. However, do not give up too early. Precise observation necessitates time and there is a good chance you will find some convincing cause to keep going.
2. Focus on modest wins. Success is the greatest source of inspiration. Achieve success on a regular basis by setting small, achievable goals that propel you ahead. The momentum you gain from taking these small moves can help you cross the finish line. Put everything else on hold and concentrate solely on the current task at hand.
3. Keep your eye on the prize. Even if the journey is difficult, the reward should be worth it. When you are nearing the end, focus on how good you will feel. Maintaining your drive is much easier when you keep your eye on the prize. Every day, take a moment to reflect on where you want to be at the end of the day.
Keep to your schedule. Your objective can be easily lost if you lose your motivation. Having a lot of other things on your plate makes it easier to postpone. So, devise a routine that will keep you engaged. Make time for yourself so that you do not have a reason to stop.
Think about what it would be like to give up and how it would make you feel. In the short term, quitting is a good idea, but we often regret it in the long run. In the future, what will it feel like to have given up on your dreams?
Regardless of how powerful the desire to quit grows, keep going until you succeed. Your ability to succeed will be determined by this. If you can keep pushing toward your goal, you will eventually succeed. You do not have to give up simply because you are having a hard time completing a task.
