How To Focus?
Once you understand why you should think about it, then you have to decide how to focus on it. The following 5 suggestions will be helpful in this process.

1. Eliminate distractions
In today's culture it is not easy to get rid of distractions, in fact it is very difficult. So how do you do that? First of all, try to keep the priority you have set, and be disciplined to practice it. If you ever find a task easy, difficult, or urgent, don't try to do it first. Do your first job as a priority, because it will give you a lot. If you follow this rule, your attention will be less distracted.
Second, you need to stay at a safe distance from the cause that distracts you. I have found that in my case, I need a certain amount of time to think without interruption. When the need arises, I move away from people to my thinking position. This art is now familiar to me. So I can work without any interruptions. As the founder of three companies, I have important responsibilities. Keeping in touch with people and thinking away from people are both important to me as a leader. Living among people helps me to connect with more and more people so it helps me understand their needs. So staying away from the crowd gives me time to think about how I can meet their needs.
Both sides are important. I would like to advise you, "Give importance to each side and pay equal attention to both. If you want to stay away from people, try to mix with people. Also, make sure that you stay away from them from time to time. If you haven't reserved your thinking time, keep it. This will help keep your focused thinking working. The important thing is to stay busy wherever you are.
2. Give time for focused thinking
Once your place for focused thinking has been decided, then it is important to make time for thinking. In today's fast-paced culture, people tend to handle many tasks at once. But this is not always the case. Turning from one job to another suddenly reduces efficiency by 40%. You may have to pay the price. According to the researchers, "If you want to complete multiple tasks at once, you can do more than just focus on one task at a time."
Morning is the best time for me to think. I noticed this a few years ago. Whenever possible I set aside time in the morning to think and write. If you apply the following rules that a company has created for you, you can take time out for focused thinking. As a rule, you should not view emails until 10 am. Instead, focus on your first priority. Use your energy for that. Get rid of clutter you don't need. That way you can make time for focused thinking.
3. Keep important tasks in mind
Ralph Waldo Emerson is a great and supernatural thinker. He believes, "Concentration is an important force in the management of politics, war, trade, etc., in short, in the management of all forms of human behavior.
"In order to concentrate on the important work, I see how such work will remain in front of me. As an alternative, I ask my assistant Liz Eggers to bring it to me again and again until the work is completed. I ask them to keep work files or papers in front of me. In my daily work, I sometimes look at the previous page. My policy has been very useful for me in the last 30 years to suggest new ideas. If you haven't done so, try it.
4. Set goals
Goals are very important, I believe. Unless there is a goal in front of you, it is not possible for the mind to focus on it. But the goal is not to achieve the ultimate goal, but to focus and guide you. Keep the following points in mind when thinking about a goal
The goal should be clear enough to focus easily. The goal should be achievable. The goal should be useful to change lives.
These guidelines will keep you on track. Make sure you write down your goals. I can assure you that it is impossible to focus on it if it is not written. If you really want to focus on your goal, follow the advice of David Belaske. He says, "If you can't write your idea on the back of my business card, you don't have a clear idea."
You look at your last few years and if you think your goal was too small, even if those goals have given you direction, it can be said that their goal has been achieved!
5. Ask yourself questions about your progress!
Introspect from time to time to see if you are really making progress. This is the way to evaluate whether you are using focused thinking or not. You ask yourself, "Does the focused thinking I'm doing benefit me? Am I getting closer to my goal because of what I'm doing? Are my responsibilities, my priorities, and my dreams coming true because of the direction I'm heading?"
