FINDING YOURSELF

There’s no shame in starting over again. You are frustrated,angry because it is not working. Perhaps one day you woke up and everything does not feel the same anymore, maybe you just lost your job, a loved one you are sick, injured, you just had a breakup or experiencing an heartbreak and it might seem like everyone has moved on and are doing well in their lives but there you are trying to move on looking for something to hold onto but still nothing seems to be working . You cannot take the risk of letting someone or something new in your life , you cannot let go of the dream or career you love so much because you have been diagnosed with a serious illness, you cannot take the risk of falling in love again.

Most times the reason why we don’t want to put ourselves out there is because we are so insecure with ourselves, we are scared of being judged by people ,we are afraid people will be unhappy, we are scared of rejection , we seek validation from others. We are afraid people will start judging us if we start doing things that matter to us things that are conventional to us . If you think that way people are going to affect your decisions because truly not everyone cares about you not everyone is putting eyes on you and not everyone is judging you and perhaps the reason you think people will judge you is because that is what you project on others.

You are lost on how to move on or what next to do. You are looking for a fight every bad decision you have ever made is triggered by an event in your life, you genuinely cannot comprehend on the thoughts on giving up on yourself or losing yourself. Maybe you don’t have to,why don’t you pause and look at your life from every angle cause if you do , when you point out or see what others do not see you will be unstoppable. Don’t seek validation from others , don’t listen to what others are saying , what others want cause if you do you are going to get further and further away from the lifes we are suppose to live.Get up and get control of your life back , stop blaming others ,do what you love , find validation in yourself and trust your judgment.Tell yourself you can ,stop speaking poorly of yourself , support yourself and believe in yourself. Be there for yourself. Do things that makes you comfortable.

The path you take now is up to you. I will tell you find yourself back, hold a space in your heart for a fresh start with every cause if you do maybe everything you ever wanted finds it’s way back to you. And whenever you find yourself and it feels not like you trust me you do not need to belong , take the best of it and boss up .

You cannot find yourself if you suck yourself up or if you don’t try . You have got to do better for you for those who love you . You have got to make decisions that make others unhappy but rather makes you good and happy.Though the path might be lonely but it is worth everything . Sometimes the answers we are looking for is right in front of us but we wouldn’t know. Stop looking in the wrong places most of our answers are within ourselves, we are our own light. So why don’t you get up and find yourself. There is no shame in starting over again just DO YOU and I promise you are going to be alright.
