Marjaana’s career took a transformative turn in 2017 when she embraced her first managerial role. The challenges and opportunities of leadership ignited her passion for coaching and developing leadership skills with a service-oriented and example-driven approach. Her deep-rooted belief in empowerment, clarity, and solution-oriented thinking led to the founding of Coldemar Oy, a company devoted to enhancing leadership and teamwork dynamics in today’s changing work landscape.

Becoming an entrepreneur at Coldemar Oy began with an enthusiasm for leadership, developing leadership and coaching skills, and the need to find concrete solutions to the challenges of teamwork in the midst of organizational changes and increased and partly fragmented remote and hybrid work.
