DO NOT HAVE A MID LIFE CRISIS

Buddhism philosophy believes those, especially suffering, should renounce all things, go to a cave and be still. When I was soul searching on previous attempts to end my suffering. I was drawn to the Buddha but I had a very hard time with this. I love my music, it’s healing for me! I doubted very much that I would be able to find a cave outfitted with subwoofers. So I moved on. I was lead to Hindu. Buddhism philosophy sprang from it. Hindu said practice however you want. They also have Kama. Much better! I looked past one word with Buddhism and for me, who is so big on wordage, shows you exactly what I am trying to convey. We hear what we want. We manifest our reality. That word is especially. For those especially suffering, you should go sit in a cave and think about what you did. Be still bitch! The opposite of ego and if your ego is big and you can not admit what you did wrong, well you-especially should go sit in a cave! Meditate right? I have a hard time sitting still, so I sit, I write, it’s a form of repetitive meditation and guess what stared back at me when my life was right there in front of me? What I did wrong. It was a lot, I won’t lie! So I am still sitting and I am still writing and I am getting clarity.

Buddhism also states maintain peace of mind by not allowing people or troubles to drain your energy. Recognize the nature of thoughts. Awareness is the first step to changing them. (Sounds like AA-weird) Learn thought control, instead of being reactive to impulse. (Oh hey hi ME!) Something unpleasant happens-say your favorite possession breaks. We can blame others or self, or pass it off by saying, “The thing is gone, why also allow it to make us unhappy?” It would be useful to find cause, to avoid in the future or replace.

Well my favorite “possession” broke. I lost my husband AND the love of my life. This is my first step. Autobiography.

I have a little note from the love of my life, it says “The prettiest and the tiniest girl that I love, gave this book to me” I also have something else he wrote, “1st, it’s not that I don’t listen to you, maybe what you say would take root better if you choose your words differently.”

He said I should choose my words better. Here goes.

“A kinesiologist is not a dispenser of healing to the client, but rather a facilitator of the bodies own wish to be whole.”

I am fucked up! I have been through a lot. I ONLY know what absolutely not to do. Why? I have done it. I always get back up though. In so acquire skills, things that have helped me and could help you. When the world knocks you down.

I noticed that helping heals me. I am inappropriate though and I try to be funny-I noticed laughing also helps me. I am evolving so it’s random AF, just like my services. I encourage trade. Give what you can, take what you need. A sustainable circular globe. I am Edmy Certified Art Life Coach Therapist and learning welding by trade. I thought there had to be a group of people, like me, who hate the words “Postive Affirmation” but those can be helpful. They are all cute and girly-Fuck that! What about the Dark Angels? That wear black and skulls. (Black is a mourning color, but also a protective color-it screams get TF away from me, right?) I can also help the people right out of jail. You made bad choices and ya done your time! Debt to society-check. STILL though society overwhelms. I can help with credit repair, taxes, budgets, spending, divorces, or referrals when you’re above my pay grade. I am very resourceful. I did those things times two. WE bought a house just two years later. We are hope!

I am a Gypsy “Fairy” (Strong Scottish genes) I wish to be whole. This is my journey…

The Tree of Life-the never ending story.
